Dreams By Design Travel review: Unethical Behaviour 2

The above Unethical Behavior post above is misleading and untrue. If one were to read the entire article and look at the facts it would be easy to see both parties agreed that no wrong doing was done by the Bonadurer's or the football coach. The case involved another party for misleading the public. The Bonadurer's were simply brought into the case to obtain the truth as to who was starting the mess. It should be noted the football coach has and still to this day maintains a great relationship with the Bonadurer's. Your complaint is nothing more than trying to smear the good name of these people who have great relationships with the community, have established a strong business and are hard working individual. Stop the non-sense and quit blaming them for your problems.

My name is Donna Sharick and I am the owner of Dreams by Design Travel. The above ‘complaint’ was written by Shannon Bonadurer of Destinations to Travel. That is the agency I worked for before opening Dreams by Design. I left that agency because Shannon lied to me about commission payments and did not pay me according to my contract; in fact, she kept $4, 000 of my commission payments when I left, even though she breached our ‘contract’. According to my lawyer, her contract was not worth the paper it was written on but she also was not worth pursuing anything further.

Since then, multiple agents have left for the very same reason, they caught her in lies. Some of them have contacted me to let me know that, apparently, she is still lying to them, telling them that they took me to court and won! This woman has no boundaries to which she will stop in order to try to destroy someone! You don’t find success by putting others down, in order to lift yourself up. She has yet to figure that out. This particular ‘complaint’ was made after I caught her copying and pasting, word for word, a Facebook post that I had made on one of my pages. I called her out on it and the result is what you see above. She made these very same attempts when she left Destinations in Florida and Guru Travel. They are very successful agencies that she left and she did all she could to destroy them and she failed. This is nothing more than a pathetic and desperate attempt to do the same to me.

Unfortunately for her, my “entire business foundation” is made up of honesty, hard work and original content. Something she knows nothing about. To see someone stoop to this level is so sad but she has no one to thank but herself. If I had googled her name before signing on with her, I would have seen that she started a horrific lie about a football coach in her hometown having an affair with a student. When threatened with a law suit, she and her husband, Troy Bonadurer, who is a Michigan State Policeman, backed down. So you see, her lies have gotten her in trouble before, but she’s just not smart enough to see that dishonesty never pays, literally. Someone is panicking and it's not me!
