Never received order
I sent a check for Children magnetic building blocks but never received that was Nov. 7th 2013. I want my items please or send me my money back! You received my check and cashed it! ( I checked with my bank)
This is ridiculous. If your not going to send the items ordered then you should stop advertising.
I don't think I will ever order anything from you again. It's a shame I thought I was dealing with a good place. Boy was I mistaken!

Web Site Can't &get& my order Correct
I cut out the Comfort & Support Bra advertisement from the weekly flier in the newspaper, and went online to the DreamProducts website to order the bras. I did everything right...clicked on the proper size, and price, but my cart had double and triple the price of the bras I clicked on to order. It just could not get the correct price into my cart. Also, the website hardly works...and is so, so, so. slow. After about 10 minutes of trying to correct the mistakes over and over and over, made by the website regarding the price...I gave up. then, I found this review web site and I am sooooo glad I read the reviews and did not buy anything. I hope enough people read these reviews and NEVER buy anything from these louses at Dream Products... and judging by my miserable experience, and all the complaints from people paying and not receiving the product, they should call themselves "Nightmare Products From Hell."

Of course, my check has cleared my bank; so they have my money. After some online investigating, it appears that this company is a fraud and should be investigated.
iI ordered some Solar Lights and a Bug light, I wrote a check for $57.88, today is June 16, 2010 I have YET to receive my items, these people are ripping people off and I will take them to Federal Court to sue for FRAUD, which is really not accepted by any courts.

Just want my order
I ordered 3 bras from the Dream products company and am still waiting for them. My check was cashed 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the bras. How long does it take to mail them. Is this the norm for this company.

I ordered #3 Riddex Sonic Plus Pest Repellers about 5 weeks ago and I just received a Check For $ 19.94 and my check was for $28.84 they kept $8..90 and said this for a refund of product unsatisfactory to customer. I never received the product. I want my

I ordered Therapeutic Memory Insole cushion slippers for my sister who has had
trouble with her feet. I mailed a check in the amount of $15.00 to cover the cost of
the shoes which was $12.97 and delivery. The order was made five months ago

I purchased a couple of pairs of your Memory cushioned super scuffs last August 2011 and I have poor feet that I thought this might help. They were ok for about the first month and a half. I was so excited to see that you had these and when I got them they were wonderful. But I couldn't believe how in such a short time they were just like any other slipper. No foam memory, flat and not comfortable any more. I thought they should last longer than a couple of months. I would appreciate hearing back from you on this manner. I didn't realize that you only had a 30 day replacement time when the quality is made so poorly.

Selling my personal information
I made a purchase from this company and they SOLD MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CREDIT CARD # ! The company that purchased my personal information is called Quality Resources, Inc who harrassed me by calling 7 times in a day and a half (from early in the a.m. til 9pm.) When I discovered what had happened, I tried to cancel my order and was told it may have already been shipped and they would have to call me back in one week. I intend to follow this closely and notify my credit card company as well.

I have been harassed many times by this company. I hate it. They call 7-8 times a day. I finally answered and was told they are calling on behalf of dream products. This is terrible service to a potential customer. That's awful for us customers. I originally called back and put myself on the do not call list. That didn't help at all. So I begged them to stop calling. My next move will be to put their number on the blocked list
Agent placed wrong quanity of item
I had ordered by phone, 2 sta cool comfort bras, for $7.97 each. By ordering 2 I received free shipping! That's $15.94 total. I was charged $ 14.87 for one bra including shipping and handling. Why would I only order one when for one dollar more I could get two? When I called to correct this error on the companies part I was told to call tomorrow, an obvious put off. When I call tomorrow they will tell me it's too late to do anything. But I will call my credit card company and stop payment if all is not fixed to my liking.

On 1/23/2011 I ordered a pair of slippers and a pair of support gloves. I paid for expedited shipping (5-7 days). The money was deducted from my account on 1/25/2011. It is 2/5/2011. I have not received product, nor a response to my inquiry about shipment.

I sent a check for $12.99 on March 9/2014 for themo socks. I don't know the item #, but noticed my check was cashed. My name is Joanne Perkins, 139 Canterbury Ct. Buffalo NY 14221. Check number is 1200. I didn't get a confirmation from you and never received my merchandise.
I mailed an order totaling over $107 and it apparently did not get withdrawn from my account until January 28th. I still have not received my order and am going on vacation the 15th of February and when I called the 1-800 number I was told that my order would not arrive until February 18th. The time frame is ridiculous and I need the clothing for a trip. There are several such complaints online and that is NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I was given a Fed Ex number with 20 numbers -- you had better hope I can reach them. You most likely don't care but I shall file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and warn as many folks as I can about the poor handling your company provides.

Nightmare
Based on an advertisement found in my newspaper's coupon packet, I ordered a pair of slippers from this company's website on Nov. 27, 2010. It was stated that delivery might take up to 4 weeks, but that most customers received their orders within 2-3 wks. Given the low price of the item and that I had not found any others where the soles were cushioned with memory foam, I was willing to be patient.
After placing the order, I noticed that I was charged a $1.50 "processing fee" on top of the $2.00 "handling fee." (Shipping was said to be free.) This $1.50 fee was not shown or mentioned on the order form on the newspaper ad. I immediately wrote to their customer service dept. requesting that this fee be refunded. They complied, explaining:
"The $1.50 processing fee helps us to continue offering low prices, value premiums and other promotions. If you wish not to participate in this contribution, simply un-check the box located on the bottom of the first page on future orders."
This ridiculous explanation sounds like a recipe for ripping off unsuspecting customers.
I then waited for my order to arrive, expecting to receive it by Christmas at the latest. It did not. After Christmas I wrote to their customer service dept. expressing my dissatisfaction and insisting that they use whatever means necessary to ship my order to me within 3 business days.
I later received an response informing me that the item was on backorder and that I could call them to cancel.
I did call. I was told that the restock was expected mid-January, and therefore it would be February before I could possibly receive it--this had not been mentioned in the email. I did cancel the order.
Given...
1. the unreasonably long shipping time I was expected to wait
2. the unexpected fee they attempted to charge me
3. the fact that I never received a notice that the item was on backorder and shipping would be delayed
...I want to go on record to complain in spite of the fact that I was able to receive a refund. Given the seasonal nature of this item, it will now be difficult to acquire a reasonable substitute.
Where is my order???
I recently placed an order by mail and 3 weeks later I haven't seen or heard anything from them. After calling I am informed it takes 2 weeks for them to get the order, 1 week for them to fill the order, and another week to two weeks for delivery. This is a Christmas gift I will not be receiving until well into January it seems, when I sent it out at the end of November. It is 2010...when does ordering EVER take this long and is this INNEFFICIENT?

I ordered an item from dream products, Immediatly i stated recieving phone calls thanking me for my order and that inside my order package would be 100 dollar vouchers for gas and something to try for 7 days then call to cancel or keep it and my credit card ending in then read off numbers, I told them I am on disability and did not and could not afford anyting. All I have to do is look at it then cancel the number is right on the paper But keep the gas valchures as a gift for looking at the product. Then they said for security purposes can u give me the number of the credit card I hung up. Well I got my order and love the item but there were no gas valchers and nothing to try for free for 7 days or a number to call to cancel. So my credit card better not be charged anything or I will sue for fraud . I have the number that kept calling me locked in my phone
