Drafting my checking account without authorization

I did not authorize this company to automatically draft my account each month and they have continued to draft after requesting that they stop the drafts and return my money. I requested a stop of the drafts with mu bank also and somehow they were still able to draft my account with Suntrust bank. This has been going on for over a year.
