I do NOT recommend Simoni. I went to him for fat grafting to fix another doctor's lipo mistakes. I live in the San Francisco area, so I had to fly down to his Los Angeles office. He agreed to do everything I wanted before I went down there, but then once I got there he said he couldn't do anything he had agreed to, and this was just before the surgery. I wish I had just cancelled but he suggested doing things differently, I thought he knew what he was talking about, and I got damaged. He lipo'd parts that needed fat grafting, so I am now far worse than before. Not only am I disfigured, but I now have functional damage. He lipo'd just under my butt where I had no extra fat, so now when I sit down I'm sitting on bone. It presses on my sciatic nerve and I have terrible pain from my lower back down the back of my legs. I may need to have artificial fillers injected because I have almost no fat left for grafting. And then when I posted a negative rating on ratemds dot com, he posted a reply saying I was a former patient who stole drugs from him and that I was lying. HE was the one who was lying.
