Doctor Ganchi is by far the worst person on the planet and the worst surgeon. His staff are no better lying for him. He should not be allowed to go near the female anatomy especially genitalia. I think I have brain damage from the nerves he cut into in my clitorous and labia. All I feel is pain all day and night there is no relief. I have no good sensation anymore. Imagine living like this. Please never use this doctor for a labiaplasty, I literally beg of you. After going to the top surgeon in the united states (If not the entire globe) to fix dr. Ganchi's botched surgery I learned the method dr. Ganchi uses is considered an amputee technique and will leave you with horrific scars and loss of sensation. I never want another woman to go through what I had to. I was lied to and feel like dr. Ganchi used me as a test and experiment for a labiaplasty and he offered no compensation except for a revision surgery (Which I of course declined). Dr. Ganchi performed my breast augmentation surgery. The entire experience was awful. The results were that my breasts were sagging and very hard. Then he said, "You need a breast lift to fix that". Why didn't he tell me that in the first place? He insisted on charging me for that procedure even though it IS to correct HIS 1rst surgery, since throughout the entire pre-op process, he never advised anything but implants! Once I complained the office staff became rude to me, especially Leyla Ganchi. He refuses to fix his botched job, so I spent thousands for breasts now more deformed. I have spoken with women that used other surgeons for breast augmentation for which the results were problematic or not what the surgeon had described at all. Their doctors performed corrective surgeries and did not CHARGE THEIR patients for it! Dr. Ganchi has a responsibility to provide the services one paid for, just like any other business. He did not, as I certainly did not request that Ganchi make my small breasts sag, nor did he describe this and capsulare contracture as the outcome.

I had a labiaplasty preformed by Dr. Ganchi in September of 2013. This was the worse mistake I have ever made. I thought he was knowledgable in the area, and he also led me to believe he was. I was extremely deceived. This botched surgery has left me emotionally distressed and physically scarred. The procedure was like something out of a horror story seeing as I was the last patient of the day and he did not have me go under for the surgery. My results were not even close to what we had to discussed. I now have to pay 14, 000 for a revision labiaplasty. Thank you Dr. Ganchi for emotionally, mentally, and physically scarring me. To all women, please deeply research your options and DO NOT go here for a labiaplasty.

Two procedures, poor result.
Breast augmentation and botox between brows.
Both procedures unsuccessful.
No change after two botox injections (no refund either of my $500); lumpy, misshapen breast with high scar above crease.
The simple fact is that this surgeons outcomes can not be predicted. Negative reviews are real and in my case, could have been avoided if Dr. Ganchi had the skill and expertise to perform better. In addition, he demands one of the highest price tags, so poor outcomes that are the result of his educated "expert" decisions and application, are simply unacceptable.

Ladies, if you're looking to have a labiaplasty preformed THIS IS NOT THE DOCTOR TO LET OPERATE ON YOU! I went to the best doctor about preforming a revisit surgery from Dr. Ganchi's operation, which left me with ruffled uneven lips, a long scar, discomfort, and even my new doctor was having difficulty trying to figure out a way to help achieve the results I desire. (Which could have been achieved had I heard about him and went there in the first place) PLEASE LOOK DEEPLY INTO WHO YOU'RE GOING TO LET OPERATE ON YOUR BODY. My new revision will probably cost me thousands of dollars that I do not have just to feel comfortable with myself. I wish I could get my money back to help pay for not only the physical damage I was left with but also the mental. All I want to do is cry.

Labiaplasty Review:

Dr. Ganchi and his staff members are wonderful people who are willing to do anything to help you get the results you want. After contacting me about the surgical results I was unhappy with they were quick to get me back into the office to try and see if there was any thing they could do to fix what I was unhappy with. They asked me to try and take down my ratings and comments, but since I cannot do so I am revising them.

I still stand by all of my old reviews. The labiaplasty I had done just didn’t give me the results I was expecting or desired. I still feel as though when it came time for me everything was very rushed and the results to me are sloppy. I am pursuing looking for more exclusive surgeons who do specific work in the area of genitalia. These reviews should give an honest opinion and that is exactly what I gave.

Hi, everyone! Before I had my consultation and ultimately my surgery done with Dr. Ganchi I did a lot of research. After reading all of the amazing reviews online, I came across this website and noticed all of the hateful things people were saying about this surgeon. I was so confused and definitely taken aback. I was unsure if the people who ended up getting surgery by Dr. G read these reviews beforehand or if they never even saw them. Unfortunately, I was very hesitant to proceed to my consultation with Dr. Ganchi, but I figured that I would go anyway and ultimately, I would have to make my own decision. Although, I was going in expecting the worst, I left knowing that I would be coming back as soon as possible to have Dr. G as my surgeon. He took the time out to explain to me what the procedure was all about (even though I already knew that from my vast research) and he showed me that he truly cared. After, I also spoke to Leyla, who I found out was his wife, and she could not have been more helpful, as well. I ended up hugging her on my way out because I was so grateful at how they received me and how they made me feel so comfortable when I was in a very uncomfortable state. This being said, I wish that people would not post all of these things on this forum. Of course, I did not have your rare experience and I do not know what you went through, but if I listened your reviews I would have missed out on going to the best surgeon. Currently, I am post-op and I could not be happier with my results, as well as my entire journey!
