To whom it may concern
I had gone to Dr Moussa to have xrays done on my teeth, I was having great difficulty and needed them to be repaired. I had a panoramic and I am not sure what the other was called. I did not know that I would be going to Nova Scotia at that time and thought I would have him repair my teeth. I was truly suffering with bacteria in my mouth which was causing me great concern and wanted this done immediately. I did leave for Nova Scotia left instructions on where to send my xrays, that was on June 4, 2010. The secretary told me she would send. Approx.
3 weeks later I called back she said she had sent them. Weeks later I called and was told oh I could get the Dr. he is away on business. Well I do not know if any of you have suffered with a toothache or not, I would not want to get more xrays that my ins. co just paid for. Further more I know it is not safe to just keep having these xrays. If someone would look into this situation I would appreciate. For I do not know what is going on in the business field today, but I am very disappointed with this type of work ethic. Please would you address this situation. Finally she did send the photocopies, the dentist said this does not tell him anything about my mouth as far as bones or anything else. So this was just another wasted visit i made in Nova Scotia, and that was after waiting for a couple of weeks to get in. I AM SURE BEFORE THEY SENT THIS PHOTOCOPY THEY KNEW THIS WOULD NOT BE ADEQUATE. I WILL WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU, I AM TRULY SUFFERING SO I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU WOULD GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WANT MY ORIGINALS I PAID FOR THEM.
