They look like innocent people but they cheat you in a smarter way. Elevations and Creations are selleing a property which is illegal. Farm Houses which they are selling is neither the land of UP Irrigation Dept nor belongs to Noida Authority.
That area belongs to the dangerous flood sensetive area and and thats why it was not accuried by Noida Authority.
Buying any land on that area is COMPLETELLY ILLIGAL and that land can anytime be accured by UP Govt. without giving any notice.
Incase govt will acquire that land the amount which we will get would be close to 10 lakhs. If you have any doubts you can contact the Registrar office of Noida Office (which is in Dadri) and ask them the government price of that land. ELEVATIONS & CREATIONS GROUP SELLING @2900/- PER SQ YARD AND MIN. SIZE OF PLOT 1008 SQ YARD (1BIGHA).
This Elevations and Creations are the group of cheaters who have just one intention which is to make their commission.
Beware while do any dealing with them. Or I would say..never deal with them.

I do not agree to this at all. I have myself invested in flora farms and have all the papers clear. These legal issues that this article talks about is completely untrue. These are just fake rumors that have been created to tarnish the image of flora farms.
I have invested in flora farms, I wasn’t cheated or lied to. Stop spreading false gossip and rumours. DPL builders is a renowned name in the property market. The internet gives you a platform to write your views doesn’t mean you will write anything to defame someone. I personally know many people who have invested in flora farms and they come from very respectable families and professions. If flora farms were so ill-reputed do you thing respectable people would invest there? Don’t spread lies on the internet specially if you have no proof to support your claims.
Mr. Kamal Datta and Mr. Karan Datta of Flora Farms are real life fraudsters. Please do not get lured by any promises made by DPL Builders. They are con men and have duped innocent clients like myself including worth crores of Rupees.
Worst Place some one can ever visit. Full Gunda Raj happening inside this so called gated community. Very Unsafe for girls! And even Families. The owner of the whole place Tyagi is like a local mafia over there and has setting with police and everyone. They just barge in every party and demand for money. The way these guys would talk to girls is like as if they are prostitutes. VERY UNSAFE PLACE!
Makes sense. I enquired about one such property by the name 'Green beauty farms'. Same price. Also the registered value of the property is around Rs.10 lakhs as mentioned above while the remaining is cash component. This land is entirely illegal
