Hi Mr Glanfield Here,
I've Been Intouch With The Help Line, Problem Still Exissts But Can't Reach Anybody As I Still Have Tickets Which Have Been Closed, Can You Help Please.
I've Trying To Download 2 Files For The Last Week Or So, One Is At 51% + One Is At 40%, After Four Hours Of Down Loading These Files Everthing Keeps Freezing & I Keep Getting More Sources Needed + It Takes Houres Of Serching, After This Happens It Can Take Hours To Bring Back The Files I Want.
For Example I Started To Find My Files This Morning, It Took About An Hour To Find One Of Them & It Started The Progam Downloading, A Further Half An Hour To Find The Second, Again After Four Hours It Has Stopped Again & I Can't Get It Back This Is Very Frushtraiting, As AGain I've Been Trying For Over A Week Now, It Should Not Take This Long, As I'm On A Fast Broadband & Running At Times At Turbo Speed Untill I Keep Getting Cut Off.
Can You Help As This Is Very Frushtrating, I Just Want To Complete So I Can Enjoy What I Want Too See.
