Norton Complaints - double billing

I was under the impression that I had updated my subscription to norton but kept getting pop-up notes telling me that i had not. I responded to the ads and then notice that two charges were made to my credit card.

1st ordr #5148088812
2nd ordr #777067160

It seems that one of these should be reimbursed.
