Last year I bought 3 different items from SuperGadget through different deal sites. The iPad Connection Kit arrives defective, I called them as soon I found it is defective, the 1800 number went straight to voice mail, NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE! I emailed and emailed, finally I spoke to someone names Jayan who I am pretty sure is the website owner, he told me they are not responsible for defective items! Unfortunately I already bought another 2 voucher from them, and BOTH ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED! After 6 months, NO ONE EMAILS OR CALLED ME BACK! I talked to my friend who searched the internet, SuperGadget is now selling iPhone5 lightning cables on LivingSocial by creating a new website Dotzila.com, DO NOT BUY FROM THAT SITE, DOTZILLA.COM IS THE SAME AS SUPERGADGET, BOTH SCAMMERS!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This website is a total scam! I ordered my product and it said it would ship within 2 weeks. More than a month went by and I never even got a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company...2 weeks went by and I never got a response (which was supposed to come within 24 hours). I emailed again...nothing. I finally started sending 20 emails a day, threatening to get my attorney involved and having there stupid fake website shut down if I didn't get a refund. Then they quickly emailed me a shipping confirmation and an apology saying that it was because they had been super busy. It was all a bunch of BS. Not to mention, I didn't even want the phony phony product anymore, I wanted a refund. They should have sent me the product and given me a refund. This is such a fake, lousy, scam of a company. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy! Such a NIGHTMARE dealing with these idiots! STAY AWAY!
Purchased product from Dotzilla jan 1 2014, shipping should arrive 3-4 from order date. Last week they said it was ready to shipp and was waiting for tracting number. Today they emailed me to say the product was on back order. What kind of a company would have a order 4 weeks old and not know they did not have enough product to satify orders
