I live nearby of this Donkin Donuts location and always gothere for coffee and bagel. Almost every time I see very long line with angry customers. Staff is very unprofessional, rude and very slow too. My main complaint about their inability to understand and speak English. I don't understand why they even work there when they don't know English. They never apologize or say sorry after doing something wrong. Today I repeatedly ordered 6 donuts three of them chocolate glazed and three of them maple glazed. After every donut she asked me how many donuts I wanted even though I paid for six of them.
