Domino's Pizza - no pizza for the handicap

Everyone has seen the domino's commercial where the hot fresh pizza is delivered to your door? Well that is false advertising. Also they don't have any compassion for handicap. (I am mobility handicap, walk with a cane)
Yesterday I ordered on line from dominio's pizza, when placing a order on their web site there there is a section where you can put delivery instructions, so I requested that the order be delivered to the 2nd fl in a 3 family house. Then, followed up the order with a phone call to the store, when the rep ans the phone I explained to her my situation, she then transferred the call to the manager. This person was the most cold, heartless and non skilled in customer service person I have ever had talked to, she could not cared less about my situation (Remind you my debit card is already charged). I feel like I have been discriminated against because of my disability and in shock that a nationally known company like domino;s could not handel this situation better.

I ordered the pizza online, everything went thru ok, and I was waiting for the delivery.. and waiting.. and after few minutes somebody called and sais that they are too far from my location. Guess what, Domino's Pizza website picked the location to prepare my order. What kind of service is that? And if I want to make a complaint I need to complete a lot of personal information. Why? Isn't easier if I put the order# and my name enough for them to find you that my complaint is not a joke? Domino's Pizza.. you should check with your employees from time to time. You are some of the worst. I am sorry but I don't know how you are gonna have business if your work is so poor!

I ordered Domino's pizza online on 3/19/08 at 7:22PM. It took Domino's over an hour to deliver the pizza (pizza arrived at 8:37PM) which isn't a big deal, I have worked in the food industry so I know how busy it can get. I'm sure they're trying their best to get the pizzas to their customers as fast as they can. I tipped the guy 2.00 and was content that I was finally going to have dinner. Opened my pizza box and it was the wrong pizza. Okay, I'll just call them and tell them. I called and said " You guys sent me the wrong pizza". The rep saids "I'm sorry, give me one minute" and puts me on hold. 15 minutes go by and no sign of him returning. I called them on another cell phone and says " I don't see how putting me on hold for 15 minutes will resolve the situation". The rep apologizes and promises me he'll make the right pizza and sent it immediately. 9:10 PM no pizza. I called them back and the guy says to me the delivery guy has already been there (my apt) and delivered the right pizza. I tell him I have not received the right pizza as of yet. Did he give it to someone else? But he was just here so he should know where to sent it to unless he's a ###. He said he'll call the delivery guy and puts me on hold again. Again, I waited and waited and waited. I called him back on another cell phone and he apologizes again and saids he has no idea what happened but he'll make another pizza and sent it immediately. I believed him and waited. 10:30PM still no pizza. I called him and now he saids the delivery man came and no one answered the door and continues to put me on hold. Now I'm super pissed because they are obviously lying. I have been home the whole time waiting patiently like a ### for the right pizza. From the beginning, these people had no intentions of senting me the right pizza. Furthermore, they were trying to discourage me by putting me on hold each time I called. I am very angry. This is not the way to do business. Customers should be treated with respect. So now, Domino's has just lost a good customer. I am going to be ordering from Papa John's from now on.

My family and I wanted pizza today so we called our local domino's for our normaly favorite pizza. Today we entered dominos and got rude service I would understand if they were real busy but it was extremly dead and they both did not seem like they wanted to be there (Its not the customers fault they dont like their job). Then on top of that we got home and opened the pizza boxs to pizza with no sause or cheese it looked like they had just through whatever they grabed on it and called it done. It looked like a piece of bread with pepperoni on it .This will be the last time my family and I will be going to dominos, we will take our money somewhere else.

The Employee was rude to me and when i requested to speak to the manager she stated she was. I stated to her in the beginning of the phone call that i was purchasing a pizza for my daughter and i was not in the same house she went thorough the full order and ran the card then proceeded to tell me that she needed to have the card on her when the order came. When i clearly stated that i was ordering it for her because she had no money on her.

I'm not sure what difference this will make, but we'll see. I recently called a Dominos store to place a delivery order, but asked if the driver could change a hundred since that's all I had. I was told the drivers only carry $20.00 dollars, to which I understand due to their safety. I then told the lady (which was the manager) o.k. thank you and she responded by just hanging up on me. After a short time I remembered the advertising special of the large carry out for $7.99 so I decided I would call and place the family order and drive 15 miles to pick our order up. Once I arrived at the Dominos store and give the name on the order, I was told the total to which I handed over my hundered dollar bill. I am then informed that they did not have change. The manager then approaches the window, with attitude all over her face, and informed me, "we can't change that, I told you that earlier!" So now I'm stuck without dinner, an unhappy family, and more attitude when I get home, due to your store not being able to change a hundred dollar bill. We order from Dominos at least once a week but I think that will soon change. I have worked in customer service for more years than I care to count and I myself know manager Melissa Tu (or however spelled) at the Destrehan, La. store could've been a little more courteous. The gentleman at the window was more polite as he apologized with her giving a scouring look behind him. It's my fault that your place of business can't change a hundred dollar bill. If that's the case then you need to advertize that. Does that also gives your employees reason to treat me rudely? Dominos wanted to be made aware of how their pizzas looked once delivered, and there have been instances in which I sure could've sent in pictures of pizza that looked as if it was not only dropped but kicked to the door, the box kind of tells the story, but I never have. I decided this would be heard. Because this just lost you business and I will continue to tell this story of how Dominos cheated my family out of their request of "that good thin crust pizza" for dinner. Not so happy consumer!

This pizza is the worst I have had. Is there a shortage on toppings there is? We counted 8 thin slices on the olives that is green and black 5 slices on mushrooms. Total of 10 slices of pepperoni's oh, yeah 3 thats right people onions. My cheese sticks was a hunck of dough? There is no hope go to papa johns 7 min. Lots of everything pass up central city domino's 3 min. Down the rd. You will see a true pizza place.. Disappointed in dunmor ky.

I decided tonight to get one of their deals. The deal was 2 subs and a one topping large pizza for 19.99. I call on the phone for my order. Service was fast but I think they overcharged me. The subtotal was 22.99. not the advertised 19.99. The Delivery Charge was $2. The tax was 2.07. The total was $25.06. They then somehow subtract 2 dollars of my total. When I calculate it online I get $23.79. Did they overcharged me?

I ordered my pizza at 2:27 pm. At 4:00 pm I was on the phone yelling at them asking where my food is. I was assured that once my food gets there they will refund my card. I got my food at about 4:40 pm (cold and disgusting) and called the local Domino's so that they refund my card. The first time they placed me on hold for about 15 minutes. I hung up and called again but they kept picking up and hanging up. I proceeded to call from for the next hour until someone finally picked up at which point I had to flip out on him to get him to refund my card. Hopefully he actually refunded it.

This is the second time i have written. The complaint is, I ordered fifty six dollars of food from the Domino's pizza in Pigeon Forge Tn. On the strip at seven thirty on 6-28-08 they said it would be about an hour. I said ok. At eight forty my wife was standing outside waiting, she saw a Domino's driver two doors down from us. My wife ask him how long it was going to be before our food arrived, he said about ten minutes. We waited until ten minutes past ten, My daughter -in law called to see where the food was. The Mgr. Derek told her the driver delivered it to the wrong place and the people there accepted it. That our food was on the way. So i got on the phone and called Derek back. He told me the same thing. I told him i had friends over who had been waiting since seven thirty for our food. He apologized and said there was nothing else he could do. I told him to cancel the order because we were going out to find another place to eat. He talked so fast and with a foreign sound i could not keep up with him talking so i hung up the phone. He was very rude. I have been eating food from Domino's for a long time. The Domino's in Bureau Ky. Where i usually buy from are very nice. But i have not bought any more since this incident. I called the Main Office and Spoke with Gary at Ext. 8208 he was suppose to have some one from the store in Pigeon Forge to call me. I'm still waiting as of 7-22-08 The phone number in Pigeon Forge Tn. where i called the order in is [protected]. My phone number at home is [protected] Hope some one can help me that knows what they are doing.

Thanks,
Harold Williams.
