My husband and I bought wood for our floors. We were talked out of the Bamboo flooring we had chosen. We were told that the floor they recommended was much harder and would not dent. They told us that the stain went all the way through so that scratches would not be noticeable. They told us there was a 20 year warranty. After a short period the floors became scratched and worn. They told us they would replace a small portion of the wood panels first for $2000.00, then $1500, then $800.00. If we then replaced all the floors, b/c they need it we would then pay the full amount of replacing all the floors! The store manager Jum Fullwood was rude and offensive. He told me I don't know how to clean floors and that is why they are horrid. At least he recognizes that they look terrible! He then bent down, licked his finger and rubbed the floor and said "see it is only "residue" and it spreads when you do this". I then took a cloth and wiped off his dirty finger smudge and voila it was the same worn out piece that was there before. I would not recommend that anyone buy carpet, tile or wood floors from Dolphin unless they want both bad quality and very poor customer service. If that is what they are looking for then Dolphin is your place!
