I ordered Birken shoes from the website www.dollarcollect.com. Customers, be aware! They offered things, which they didn’t sell .You see only pics and nothing more. If you buy from them, the seller provides fault confirmation info and after that stops to communicate with you. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
I ordered 2 baseball jerseys from Team Sports USA (Dollar Collect in disguise). They sent me a tracking number 6 weeks later and it said the package was delivered and signed for - no address but a Virginia zip code. I live in California. No response from the customer support email and they do not answer their phones. Buyers beware!

dvdonlineshopau.com and dollarcollect.com have just scammed me also. Websites have closed down. These people are ### of the lowest levels and should be FLOGGED TO DEATH. Am currently trying to get my money back through my bank. Here's hoping!

Although it has the stamp of official Barbour, I got in touch with Barbour Sweden because they have the server in Sweden and they said they would report, but they seem to have done nothing.
Perhaps they are also in the business.

Update on Barbour handbag... received the bag on 13th January. It was not even a fake look alike... it was the cheapest looking bag which you would only pay £5 max on a market! Obviously no paperwork to return, just delivery note marked Beijing, China. I've since tried to go onto the Allisonsellsmemphis.com website but now no such website available.
I ordered a Barbour handbag from Allisonsellsmemphais.com, I have not received an acknowledgement from the merchant but received an email from Dollarcollect.com. Having checked the website there is no contact no. for Allisonsellsmemphasis.com and therefore checked Dollarcollect.com and find that others have been scammed by this company. I have contacted my credit card company who have advised that they will have to wait for the transaction to come through before they can do anything... which to my mind might be too late!

I ordered men's running shoe to surprise my husband since October 10th 2014. These liars sent me the tracking number which I have been tracking to my surprise they say the item was successfully delivered which I have not see. I called the so called csc@dollarcollect.com they only speak Chinese. Please this is a scam. I lost $99.00 American dollar.
I purchased Office 2010 download from www.purchasediscountsoftware.com - a Chinese based company. After the purchase of $89.99, I never recieved a confirmation of my purchase with a download link. I did get an email from DollarCollect (csc@dollarcollect.com) that they had charged my account on behalf of the merchant, the amount might be "a little bit different" due to the exchange rate.
Let's just say I'm waiting now to see if my software gets delivered, if not, it's a scam. But it's uncomfortable knowing that I've been charged and no software has yet been sent to me for download.
