Management really sucks. I was in there recently and the management has poorly trained their associates. The associates doesn't know where certain items are and when the associate asks manager they get yelled at and belittled in front of customers.This Dollar Tree is not a place to work at or even visit. The managers and associates need better trainig.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was in the Dollar Tree store at 2305 Colorado blvd Denton Texas, The manager of the store screamed and I mean screamed at an employee there "You don't talk to me that way I am your Manager, you don't ever talk to me that way, get your things and leave." I don't know what the employee said but she again repeated the above. I'm not sure what the employee did or said because I didn't hear him but I assure you the complete store heard her. How humiliating could that have been for that employee. There is a place to address these issues in front of customers is not one. This should seriously be addressed with the manager of that store that occurred today [protected] I'm not sure what time I'm going to say after twelvish
this store 848 is dirty and the shelfs and merchandise are in boxes in the aisle on the floor, shelfs are a mess merchandise every which way need to be vacumm up help
WOW! Where do I start...the Medford, NY store was nice & most of the staff as well. I go there at least 3x a week & I noticed that things have changed dramatically since theres a new Manager . She's very rude & between her watching You Tube or whatever shes watching on her phone & having a Juul hanging out of mouth while she's working! I saw and heard her go after a cashier in the middle of the Easter area! That poor girl ! I wanted so bad to step in & defend her, but I was afraid that she would take it out on the cashier as soon as I left. The cashier -sorry, cant remember her name-has always been cheerful & goes out of her way to help with anything we need. That new manager is NOT suitable to manage a dog, never mind people!
The dollar tree in Galt California willingly allows owners to illegally bring there pet dogs into the store. It is a huge problem in this store. I have seen people openly admit to store clerks their dogs are pets and not service dogs and the store clerks tell them they don't care if they bring them in. It is a health code violation and it is nasty. Some people are allergic to dogs and that many pets in the store every week makes for ill feelings from customers to store employees and pet owner customers. It makes it hard for real service dogs to get the respect they deserve and be able to do their jobs they are trained for. Something needs to be done at this store to make sure they are providing a safe and healthy environment for all with some integrity. I won't shop there anymore and that means less tax dollars for Galt Ca as I will drive out of town to shop. If I have to shop there I will take pictures and video with my phone and place them on media and complaints to the health department. People these days have no manner. Pets are not children.
I agree with the original poster.. Was in there the other day and "NIck" was so arrogant and had not one clue about thie coup[on policy and then when he realized he was wrong, he started making up all new rules on coupon usage. He said id the balance goes to $0.00 with coupons that I must sitll buy something?!?! LOL Whaaaat? Dollar Tree gets reimbursed for the coupon... that is my payment. The store was a mess, Nick looked all dirty and filthy too. They need to get someone in there that has common sense and decency
dollar tree manager was very polite when he waited on me at register i needed help and jenn clerk had showed me right were lightbulbs were im ill and she took time to help me and said have great night made me feel very good and proud to shop at edwardsville store
dollar tree edwardsville pa i would like to thank staff i shop there alot i see associate jenn always being polite and very helpful and racheal is a hard worker. also i shop there so much i no associate by name do to there titles on name tags i hope these employees are kindly rewarded for great work hope with raise its hard to find good workers. thank you for reading comment
had wonderful experience at dollar tree associate was very helpful and manager nick waited on me at register and was very polite and even stopped to help get balloons that you dollar tree great deals nice manager
dollar tree edwardsville pa should be ashamed of management i think under cover boss should go to store and see how unprofessional ###. manager dani as spelled on her name tag walks around with head phone in ear while working.is always talking ### on her co workers and orther management very unprofessional. please check in to this i agree with orther customers dollar tree is a wonderful place to shop but if its not ran with proper attitude it means nothing
