Every night I stop at Dollar General on Prospect street in Trenton New Jersey and the one line have 10 to 15 people waiting and workers are playing around instead of opening another line. Then tonight at 8 pm they tell me after waiting in long line that they are not selling cigarettes tonight and I am looking at the product behind the counter in arm length distance. This store and its management is not making this an shop orientated environment. Just GHETTO!

I got off work at 8 am this morning and I stop by the store at 8:25. I went to go inside and they had three ppl behind the counter and they told me they wasn't open yet. They are unorganized and always have an attitude. Please address this problem cause I spend my hard earned money there daily!

This store is always nasty inside, the floors need to be swept and mopped, and out side there are cigarette butts all over the entrance. The items in the store are always in disarray. Some isles look as though a bomb went off there. I went into the store one day, and there is a pile of different meats, lying on the floor, ON THE FLOOR,
There were a few pkg. Of rolled sausage, several pkgs. Of Polish Sausage, and pkgs of hot dogs and other pkged meat. So as you should know by now, I will never by any meats from this store. This store gets their shipments on Tuesday and by Saturday those items should be shelved, but they push them to the back and there they set. You can't even get through there on the back wall. Why isn't the manager doing his job? Is it not his job to see that the store is being run properly? I can go shopping there, and 3-4 workers will be sitting right out front SMOKING. Can they not go out a back door to smoke? And do they have to go in a pack? Sometimes you have to stand and wait for the cashier because who knows where they are at. Just my opinion, but the store is not being ran right to get customers to want to return to shop there. This is not an exaggeration, the store really is this bad.

Okay hello my name is nicole and i bought ever pet ault bites for a lab (69) pounds and when i opend it it had maggots in there they were ever were i had had just opend it to feed my dogs and i took it back and got another one they were in there and so the store manager took them to the back and so i just bought a bag of pedigree i never had this problem could it be from you or from the truck or store how can this even happen .?

I Natarshia Hasty have worked for the company over a year until I put in my two weeks notice. I am very reliable and hardworking. I never called in or stayed out of work. I feel that I should get my vacation time because I earned it. My store manager Ted Allen Hickman stated that I could not get my vacation time even though he approached me and asked me if I had any vacation time. I truly don't think this is right. I am filing a complaint against the Dollar General Store in Thomasville, GA on highway 19 in the plaza with American Finance.

On 9/5/2015, while shopping in this store, it was nearly impossible to move around due to objects and or products sitting in isles. some isle two people couldn't walk down, so the other would have to return the way he/she came, and attempt to enter from another direction. The floors were dirty, and at the front entrance the floor had sitting water gathered around the wet floor sign, in which I observed, no attempts were made to clean up this area. Also there was a portable radio blasting at the check out counter. I also noted that the counter where the ATM/credit card swipes is located was about to fall off.

The clerk was talking about how tired she was, and that she'd been in the store since 6 A.M.

I selected some trash bags that were 2.00, according to the shelf, but wrong up 7.50, the clerk went to the back then called me, and explained to me how the price tags have two faces, end result big mess up. because I then looking for other garbage bags within that messy area, and concluded that the products weren't properly shelved, regardless of how many faces the sale tag has?

She then went back to the register and was talking about me in front of my granddaughter to the male sales clerk.

I, Ken Walls, live in this small town of Newton, Ga.I buy cigerettes for my wife at least 4 times a week from Dollar General here. Tonight at exactly 9:35 I tried to buy cigerettes & was told they were not selling any more, as they had already been counted for closing. I thanked them & started out the door . They were laughing their heads off, so I went back in & told them I was going to make a report to their boss. I was informed that he knew what they did & for me to JUST GO RIGHT AHEAD.
It was a skinny black boy, 6' tall 120 lbs, with tall afro hair & a small skinny black girl.
THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE !

This store is a joke the store is nasty they do not have anything on the shelves you have to look thru boxes of stuff if you need anything the floor is trashed you cant walk with a buggy at all its awful you need to get these people some help this store is a very busy store what few help you have there can not handle it.

I have bought at least three case from that store and every time I get a bad can that has no pop in it. I finally had it I went in showed theme what I got. they ask me where the other cans in the box are. I said there gone it happens when you have a party. they said I could not get my money back because all the cans where not in their. so I said fine keep it then I had a second thought why should they get the rest of my pop that I paid for so I took it and said ill just burn it. I am not letting them have free pop on me. so I walk out saying I will never shop here. I guess I learned my lesson if I did ever go back pen the f books make Shure all cans are good before buying the box. at least they could have work something out but no. I think ill stay with Walmart now at least they can handle proper customers with complaints.

1103 shelby rd kings mountain me and my mother went in to do some shopping well as weird as this sounds there was a live humming bird in the store it came to her and she was going to take it home till it could fly, well the manager and cashier that was working told her they would have her arrested if she took it with her.

The Woman manager at D.G. On Shiloh rd. and wells highway in Seneca S.C. Is prejudiced and profiles people by the way they look, I am an American Indian and she called me a Mexican to my face and accused me of stealing, and told me she watches the video cameras everytime i come in but NEVER could find a reason to ban me. I am a very quiet keep to myself polite person that minds my own business. I have NEVER done anything to make this manager hate me or want to ban me. Until one day, this manager got into my and my husbands personal business, and pulled him into the back and told him abunch of bad things about me all untrue, about an argument between my husband and i. This woman stuck her nose in and asked my husband ( whom was mad at me and she said i wish I could ban her for something, but I can get anything on her, and told him how she watches me on camera EVERYTIME I come in ... From that my husband told her something i had told him that had happen to me years ago when I was about 16 years old, that i am bad about picking up pens and lighters and forgetting i have them ( even at home, work etc) and he told her that I had stolen a pen at target. Completely by accident i promise you. And she banned me for that i guess. I still don't understand what gives this manager the right to racially insult me by calling me a maxi can, I told her i wAs not Mexican but Indian, her reply was well, "what's the diffrence, u all steal. Also i went in to ask her why I was banned and she used alot of profanity and told me to leave or she would call the police, also what gives her the right to pull MY HUSBAND into the back for employees only area, and question him about my personal life. I have been so hurt and insulted by this manager Angie? That it has scared me...I don't know if she had a thing for my husband (which it seems so) as he was allowed to shop there but I was not. This Angie needs to be turned in. Oh also, I heard her tell one of her workers, to " Watch that ###" she whispered it, not knowing i was behind her. This woman does not need to be in a management position, as she is running GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS off ! No matter what color the skin, our money is green, and I used to spend $50 to $75 dollars a day in there, as it is the only dollar store near me, also i believe Dollar General management NEEDS TO KNOW, what's going on in their stores, before people like Angie gets them sued for racial discrimination. As it stands she has banned me, my husband and 9 other we know of. She instigates with personal information, Is VERY RUDE, and when u say something back, she bans you... I think Dollar General needs to know about her banning and discriminating against people of color. Please talk to her about lifting the ban, As i have decided to get an attorney to look into this matter, i live I block from DG and i cannot even shop there is very rediculous, not to mention humiliating to me being a 50 yr old woman that has to drive 15 miles to Walmart to get a loaf of bread...it's just rediculous and im fed up with this woman. We live in a small town and everybody in Seneca hates shopping at the SHILOH Rd. Dollar General because of this Manager woman named Angie (i think) because she doesn't wear a name tag, also i have seen Angie the manager lets her little sister in at closing when nobody else is there i think its on Thursdays, I'VE WATCHED THE PATTERN, i sit across the street and have watched...like i said we live in a small town and everybody knows everything... they both load their care up with boxes full of what looks to be Dollar store merchandise

I just think you should know that your manager at the hartville location, that she terminated a employee marjorie, after 7 years of loyal service, and didn't even follow policy. Rumor has it she is trying to get rid of all the older employees. Marjorie was very dedicated, she came in when they couldn't get anyone else, worked doubles, always came in during bad weather. Always was the first to be asked to go set up stores, and has worked out of 3 locations. I just want you to know, that i will never step foot in another dollar general store, and i will tell everyone i know what bull [censored] this store is. Everyone that has ever met marjorie loves her, she is always nice, and ready to help, worked the truck just about every week.

Was told I was kicked out of another location and not welcome at this one I have never been kicked out of anywhere told her she was mistaken and have seen her 50 times before today I also used to work here and wrongfully fired and promised my job back . I called the corporate office and they told me the acting district manager would contact me which was the one that terminated me over false accusations. I was promised my job back by the district manager never happened. I tried to call direct and take care of it with the store and the lady told me just don't go to that store. Not handled im contacting an attorney about defamation of character.
