Mostrespectfully stated that i m dishtv maxi user but
When i recharged my card now, they convert my package 2 platinum but i wana fully kids chanells & drama chanells but now i have only cartoon. Network, animax, boomrung, nick india, and pogo but i want to add disney channel, toon disney (Jetix) , and hungama at my dish tv and also i have not star one please tell me what i do for opening these channels.
I ll be greatful 2 u. Thanks

I'm dishtv user from Bhutan and my card number is [protected].i have two setup box model number s/no dst15240067033 and sl/no [protected].I have brought model number sl/no [protected] with above vc card.my problem is that my model number 56 is damaged and I'm using model number 33 but it is not working due to miss mach.plzzz make my 33 with mention card no.help me I'm miss all world cup match

Dear Sir,
I have recharged my DISHTV A/C. VC NO.[protected], Regd. Phone No.[protected] & Trans. ID : RI-102419-[protected]. ON 13/03/2012 at 1.00PM online through my HDFC Debet Card for Rs.2100/- and the amount is debeted to my account, but till now it is not update, I have mail it to customercare many times but they have not given the proper response nor given the status of it.
Please help me in this and ask them to update the same immediatly.

When I first subscribed to dish TV, i was offered the choice of free channels and paid channels. I was made to understand that if did not continue to pay for the pay channels, i would be getting only the free channels. Now, they call up and say that since i have not paid up, they are going to block the free channels also within a week. I don't want the pay channels now after the vacation, as the children have to study. Why should i be denied the free channels?

sir i have paid dishtv recharge in 07/04/11 platinum pack in my old vc no.[protected] but some bad storm come in these days & then my vc system has blasting then next day i m going to market then buy new dishtv vc no.[protected] but my dish tv is not working so can u help me only that my old vc no. balance transfer to my new vc no. [protected] platinum pack plz

An online payment was done from my netbanking account on 13/10/2011 for dish tv recharge, noida for INR 700 /- for two months recharge for the dish tv services for my parents at punjab.
The amount has been debited to my account with payment id [protected] on same date ie 13/10/201.
But the dish tv service has been discontinued. Is this the way to promote or advertise the functioning of the firm.
Pl locate the fault in your system and revert back.
Payment has been done and hence service to be continued with immediate effect.

Sir, This is with reference that i am using dish tv facielity since last 7-8 months, lastly i have refilled the same on 10th or 11th of march2011, the last date of the same is 19th of the april2011.Now the problem is since 24th of march, thrusday the reception/services of the same has been discontinued with a message showing plesae refill the same to get started, i was surprised to see this message and first call i gave on 25th i.e on friday where my complaint was lodged and no given to me is [protected] and i was told that due to technical problem only the same has been discontinued and the same wil get started within next two hours, thiis was assured to me on yesterday 9:30 pm, but unfortunately today morning till 8:30 it was not started, again i had a word with senior person mr TARUN SHARMA Who is looking after the same and assured me the same will get started within next 2 hours, but till now i.e on 12:18 noon the same are not started,

This is my humble request you to please look into the matter considering the World Cup Cricket.
The same has unnecessarily created an irritaton to me since last 48 hours or so
hope to get a prompt action in this regards

I applied for multi t.v. connection, but wrongly my 3 connections have been made as individual .
So i request you to please club these three as multi connections, any one being parent connection.
Also change my plan from super platinum to super family pack.

I have subscribed for a scheme called 'dish maxi - kannada. At least 19 channels i am supposed to get under this scheme is showing 'conditional access' call customer care center.

I have called repeatedly. Everytime get the promise that it will be set right within 24 hours. But nothing happens.

hav been regualr subscrober of dishtv for th last 3+ yrs, faced reception/receiver problems 2-3 times during th period but it has been regular for the last 6-7 months, th local dealer gave no response while contacted, there has been some problem with the receiver, instead of getting it repaired th dealer suggested me to buy a new receiver. fed up with th services of th dealer got th receiver repaired at my own 4 times from local machenics. irritated with the service i got installed airtell connection three months ago.
thus i was compelled to spend more arround rs 2000/- subscribe airtel while i still like the packages and remote etc of dishtv.

I always pay my subscription for 3 months & always a month in advance to avoid disruption in viewing channels, & I am facing lots of problems for this from DISH TV. After talking to the customercare 20 times a day, they are unable to solve my problem, after receiving the money from an old customer since 4 years they are cheating me, all my channels are blocked & pop up message on the screen show " recharge your account to avail services" these people are really cheaters & now I have to move to the consumer court with all the facts I have spoken to their customercare who have wasted my 3 days saying that after 2 hrs the channels will be visible. My VC no is [protected]. And I am their customer since 4 yrs...

Customer care is really hopeless. I got DishTV recently subscribed to MAXI package. After 20 days it blocked my MAXI channels even though I had paid for renewal in advance for 2 months. At Customer care number, none picks up. Visiting their local office provided no help to rectify the problem. The care should really be called Customer We Do not Care. I think it is a scam to sign people in and charge for the set top box and once customer is trapped, do not provide any service.
I would like to wanr people to be aware and do not get in their traps.

I am subscriber to Tatasky Dish TV at Kadapa town of Andhra Pradesh state. My subscriber ID is [protected]. Now I am not getting the following Telugu channels which I used to view since I purchased Tatasky in 2011. The Telugu channels for which signals are not received are as mentioned below.
1. Sakshi TV, 2. Gemini Comedy, 3. ETV-2, 4. TV-5 5, 5. NTV, 6. Maa Music, 7. ABN, 8 Maa Movies & 9. Gemini Music
Without any information to me the above channels are dispensed with and sending message "Up grade to Tatasky HD connection at Rs.1800/- only by returning existing Box. SMS Box to 56633". Balance in my account as on 10.8.13 Rs.1108/-. Last recharge amount Rs.1000/-.. Next payment due on 31.10.13. With out any prior intimation the regular Customer the company is dispensing to broadcast the channels. Advice the company to restore the channels.

Shahrukh khan says "Dishtv hei tau sab Santushth". Why people like him recommend things like Dishtv to the customers and misguide them.

Twice in two months I have faced the problem of "No access " error on all the paid channels. Second time my woes started on 2nd November and since then as a homeopathic medicine all of their customer support engineers telling me the same thing that your channels will be activated in 4-24 hours and tell me to keep the set tune on channel number 550. One of their executive Nalin doesnt even know who is his team lead. Their team lead Nalin promised me that within 30 minutes he will be calling me back.Their so called technical department person Sunil called me up on 4th and said with 10 minutes he will call me back but nobody called me after that.

Till now I talked to sameer, gulfam, sunil (So called from technical department person), naveen and nalin. Its 4thnov night and still the situation is same.

I would never recommend DishTv to any body. Atleast with cable operators you can always reach them easily but to get the things done using dishtv operators is a nightmarish experience.

Better stick to cable operators or check out for Tata Sky.

I have got it refreshed two times already but still its showing the same message. Also I was able to easy the recharge message which showed its done on 20th August itself, Please help

I'm going to throw away my dishTV system.
I renewed my dish TV subscription for three months on April 18, 2008. After initial complaints, it was doing well. Then all of a sudden two weeks ago Surya channel was blocked with a message for subscription. With much difficulty I managed to contact the customer care and asked why the channel was blocked. He promised to ring back. I waited in vain. Then after one week I renewd the subscription for one month. But this evening while watching the TV, first Asianet group channels were blocked with the message for subscription, and then all the channels including the free ones were stopped. Is there no law to bring this anti-people channel to book?
