On october 22 2009 at 3:00pm my phone call from san jauquion county jail was disconnected during my call from a loved one. this has happened before an your company has reinversed me.so; im hoping that you can solve this issue i have.thank you!because i have called twice since this to your company and i have gotten the run around.please help me get credit back for the call. it is a little exspencive for me but i manage.but can not afford to lose a phone call from my loved one. again thank you for service.

I have made several payments to CBS with my debit cards. For the first five $150 dollar payments it worked. Then Bill Matrix told me that I could not use my card again for 24 hours. So I waited 24 hrs and tried again still nothing. Then they have that little recording on there if you try more than two times you will no longer be able to make a payment. So I went back and got another card, and it worked. Then the next time once again same shit. So I then had to go through western union and pay 25.oo plus the amount that I owed them which is pathetic. I think that they all got this big master plan to screw everyone that goes through their company. Once my loved one comes out of the system this time I will never depend on CBS for another call.
