I have been a directv customer for over 3 yrs now. when we moved we had our service moved as well. From the the time we had our service installed at our new address, we have had "searching for signal" on almost all of our "hundreds" of stations that we were paying nearly $100 a month for. Since march, we have called directv too many times to count and have had close to 8 techs at our home to fix the problem, which, by the way, never got resolved. The generous supervisor that i spoke with did agree that they owed me money. The GRAND amount of $12.80. I am so sick of these IDIOTS!! They have the most horrible customer service i have ever experienced. They double charged me for a 24hr nfl ticket for a cowboys game and a hannah montana movie we watched in sept. and paid for the following month of 2009. They preceded to charge me for it again in april 2010, claiming that we never paid for it.{this is ridiculous considering that our bill had to be paid in full to have our service swithched to our new address} I just want my money back!! At the least, they owe me $500. I will personaly make sure that everyone i know, heres how horrible the service is, how incompetant and lazy the installers are and the hidden charges are out of this world!! Hey directv, Word of mouth is a powerful weapon and ive got a big one!! Ive already discouraged 1 neighbor from getting directv. I plan to go to any means neccesary to recieve a refund.
