I ordered the satellite system. Then BEFORE installation I called and cancelled the order. I called them twice prior to Aug. 5, 08 to cancel. On Aug 5, 08 the service man came to install, satelitte, HD, DVR etc. I HAD cancelled and told him that. Direct TV charged my credit card $106.18 for a DVR that I did not recieve and that I had cancelled thru there terrible phone system. I want them to credit my credit card the $106.18.
