warning: Direct MRKT is a new name for a company report here more than once. The address is 91J Auburn St. Dept #1163 Portland, ME 04103.

NOTE: Read carefully and you will see how poorly written the marketing material is. In some cases, the testimonial language is repeated and in one case, one customer's weight loss was different for the same period of time
NOTE: It is 2015 what company doesn't include a toll free # customer service phone number?
NOTE: It is 2015, you can only pay with a CHECK?

Pay attention!

I too have been duped. the information came to my address to to a different name. I changed the name, sent a check in April 2016, it is now the end of July, Check as cashed 10 later still no response. Is there ever a chance of getting my money Back. So disappointed. Some a so greedy taking advantage of people. I have learned another lesson.

My name is Martha Paige, 628 Maria Dr., Petaluma, CA 94954. I'm glad I read this, on Sep. 9, I send a check for $49.95 for the slip tab product, the check was cashed, it's now Dec. 2 and have not received the product. If I should receive it in the near future I will refuse it and hope I get my money back.

i sent a check for $54.90 9/23/15. I looked over the paperwork that came in the mail to find a # to contact to ask what happened to my order but there wasn't one! Man, do I feel stupid! I looked online & found this website exposing them as a scam.
Is there anyway to recover my loss?

Yes you've been scammed. I have gotten 20+ calls about this because my company in Portland Maine has a similar name and Directory assistance is giving out my company' phone number when asked for Direct MRKT!

The address is a PO box in a shopping mall in Portland - no store - no office.
I called local police and the Attorney General's office in Maine to make them aware. Local police said they've gotten reports about this PO
Box before and unfortunately they cannot do anything about it because the orders are coming in from out of state so your local police would have to open an investigation based on your complaint to them. I keep telling the people who call my office to check the website to learn about this scam and to not order if no phone number or website is listed. I am sorry . ~ Leslie @ Q4 Direct Marketing Portland Maine www.q4dm.com

If you Google the company and enter UK the doctor will pop up and also they were banned in Australia because of their advertising violations.

I got a packet today but was stopped in my tracks due to not being able to find the ingredients. I mean what is it and what is in it? Then I thought to myself it did say sweetener, so I get it now its a sugar pill! Just what I need for 40+ dollars. NOT! Back on the treadmill I go (UGH)

9/22/2015 I received the envelope in the mail last week but didn't have time to open it until last night. Like others, I opened it mainly because on the front of the envelope it said "Get paid $250 to lose weight...Details inside>>". There is however nothing that I could find on how to be compensated for losing weight, just badly written, misspelled ads for a product I can't even find online. In the FAQ, it says "Every person who has tried Slim-Tab has lost 40lbs in 14 days, some even more." (Not possible) Futher below next to a before & after picture it states "88 LBS LOST IN 14 DAYS". I had to laugh! You'd be dead long before that could happen. It keeps stating it uses FOUR proven fat busting ingredients but never says what they are (or any of the ingredients for that matter). There is no Customer Service number or even order phone number listed. No website address and they want you to pay with a check and to mail it to them! Seriously? This has SCAM written all over it and must be illegal. I am glad you are warning people about this.

Got the envelope in the mail today and noticed numerous spelling and grammar errors, plus no list of ingredients. Big red flags, plus claims of 40+ pounds lost in two weeks? Impossible. SCAM!

I almost fell for it. The quick fix is so tempting. Howevet, no number, no website, check only? I think I'll save my money and get on the treadmill.

I also got this add in the mail, just yesterday. It is so far over the top that it comes across like a very bad joke! Losing 40 pounds in 14 days would likely be fatal -- I guess sulphuric acid in a high enough concentration could burn fat efficiently enough to do the trick. "Available for a limited time only." Gee, I wonder why; "Go on take the money and run" comes to mind. I'm glad to see everyone here stayed away. It's so easy for charlatans to play on people's deepest desires and needs. For shame.

I agree with the other people that complained, there are no ingredients, no phone number, no website, no real doctor, I really really wanted it to be true. They only accept checks, THAT IS A RED FLAG. Yes they need to be reported to the BBB. It is a scam. Don't do it, do not order.

I live in Texas and got this mailer as well and was excited and wrote the check then, THOUGHT, maybe I should check this out before sending. Glad I did, Will not be sending my check and will also report this to the BBB in Maine. This is just another scam.

Darn. I so wanted this to be true. I was turned off by the poorly written ad and by the lack of information about the product. WHAT IS IT? If anyone does buy this product and loses the 40 pounds, please post to this site.

I received my packet today and had a feeling by no ingredients, no real name of a company and in all actuallity if someone lost that much in that short of time you would have a lot of hanging skin, not tight as shown. Really smells like a scam to me and so glad I found this blog. Trash it and please don't fall for this and definitly don't send them any money.

I opened this piece of mail because it claims to pay you $250 on the outside of the envelope. There were no details regarding payout within. Dissolvable sweetener that burns fat?

I just received this in the mail today [protected]. Thinking it sounded great thought I would investigate a bit. Could NOT find Dr. Elliott G Killian anywhere on the web. Spelling on this was wrong and no phone number. Check only for paying.
No Way I hope no one gets burned by these corrupt people

You know what they say if it "seems too good to be true"... who doesn't have a website or email address ?
Yes there should /has to be doctors disclaimers... I myself have many reasons why I can't just take any random pills.
Just the pure idea of what they claim seems like it would have an adverse effect on something in your body.
BIG FAT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

So glad I found this complaint via google. I cant find anything on this company online. I just got this packet in the mail today. Unbelievable! I agree completely with the complaint above. I don't see how this so called company can legally print and send this to people without so much as a get checked by a doctor before starting any type of diet notation. I am going to be submitting this to the State of Maine Tax as well at Federal Tax Department and anyone else I can find that may be able to look into this. This had to be illegal on some level. The potential liability towards any one individual. As there are no warnings or alerts of any kind. I pray no one falls victim to this product scam and becomes ill.

Even the eye cream product they offer for free gives no list of ingredients or anything.

This Slim-Tab with this free jar of Awake Eye-Lifter comes with no actual direct contact information ie: phone, email, physical address. Request only a "written" check as payment. No... No...No.

Big Red Flag! Beware!
