Booked a flat in sagarika enclave and paid 12 lakhs in 2012. Did not handover in 2013 as promised. Till date and now 5 years, have not got back the money from md deepak ranjan mohanty. His cheques bounced back.

Now he does not pick the phone. His colleague mr. Ranjan mohanty promised the sum would be repayed by 2015 when he arranged a meeting with him at the behest of old town police station iic mr. Janardhan padhi.

Role of police, case lodged in 2015, also needs to be assessed, as it is over 1.5 years without any help or arrest.

why dont all of u take legal action, crying here will not resolve this issue, plz take legal action, anyway ur money is gone, why u let this ### going free then, take legal action, this might take some time, but something will happen.

i have also paid for residency project 4 years already passed but till now we are not getting any replay from the builder whether will give the plat or returned money.md Mr Deepak mohanty not picking up phone.Whenever we visit mr Deepak Mohanty he used to tell wait for 1 month and then will decide.i m faidup. can you give all his contact no.i barely need it.otherwise i will go for next step.

He has taken full money from me for Janla project. 4 years have passed since then. Neither refund nor building been given to me. He is not picking up phone. Heard he has owed a lot to suppliers as well. He is hiding now as someone has filed a complaint. His sales guy Ranjan Mohanty also not picking the phone. Only option left is to go to court. BTW he has a huge house in ganganagar and property in Paris. He must sell those and pay all creditors or/and face jail.

Its already 5 yrs And still We didn' t get our money 9 lakhs which we have invested at Janla duplex project and puri apartment project. Deepak mohanty is also not picking our ph calls, when ever we visit his office his staffs just said Sir is out of station for some work. He cheated crores of money
