I requested a free trial on the internet for Ivory brites was just supposed to pay for shipping only and that was all i authorized on my credit card. I was not told any thing about the 15 day period then you would be billed this is very fradulant and should not be allowed! These people should not be allowed to scam people this way. I want my 88.97 back on my card.

Amado Garcia I recently signed up for a free trail, and i received another package. I did not want it.Im getting charged to much, and want to ship the package back.I already called to cancel the order, customer service also told me i had to e-mail at support@whiteningbrite.com

Today is 6/15/09 and I just received a package from whitebrites with 2 little tubes in them with a letter attach that I have been charge $88.97 for a 30 day trail of these tubes. I never recived the trail that I ordered for the $4.99 fee. I called and spoke with someone in customer service and they told me that 1 of the tube was the trail and the other was the 30 trail that I was charged $88.97 for. The form inclosed in the package states that "We are glad you enjoyed you Whitening Brite 15 day trail product" What Product!!! I never recieved one. What is going on here? This is definely a scam to ripe people off for $88.97 and your $4.99 free trail. I will be contacting the Better Business Beaure and Ken America here in Jacksonville Florida today. The customer service agent also told me you can only contact the billing office thru email only. What kind od mess is this!!! I can see if I had gotten the 15 day trail and tried it, I wouldn't be complaining about the charge but to tell me my trail tube and 1 other small tube I just received way over the 15 days trail I have been charge this $88.97 is a scam!!!

I just received a packet today with a letter enclosed telling me you are charging my credit card 88.97, I want that money put back on my credit card!! I never authorized that charge!! Please inform me on how to return this stuff. My e-mail address is: a_breaze@yahoo.com I will be expecting a reply as soon as possible.

I believe it is a scam, and it should definitely be illegal. By saying yes to a free trial that only comes with 1 tube and no directions is definietly a SCAM. This way they get your card number and charge the $88.97 to your card, without any permission. I got the free trial information off of the Yahoo sight from some girl that raved about how to get it all free. She is probably working with them. I'm demanding my money back. I want the $88.97 and the $9.99 email charge taken off my credit card. They better not use my card again. I'll never fall for one of these gimmics again! Stop taking advantage of people! Times are hard enough in the economey without you taking money out of our hands!

We resived information about Whitening Brites on a Yahooo acount /e-mail sight that was posted as look what is happening in your own state clam's from a local wonman tell us her story of how to cut cost in dental bills and services in whiteing you theeth .


It even gave hear state as our state . WE did step by step what as told to do to get a free, sampel, and a small sh of 5.88.

I was out of town the next few weeks and used the card i chose to pay thre shiping and haldeling . thy had charged my card many times 89.90 with out me knowing this was done.I found out this had happend throw my bank, and resived no larger order that would have bright it to my attention that i was charged other fees .

iN CALLING THE NUMBERS WITH WHITENING BRITES THY WOULD NOT HELP AND REFERD ME ONLY TO THERE WEB SIGHT AGIAN WEAR MIND YOU THE PROBLEM STARTED IN THE FIRST PLACE . THY ARE ONLY THERE OVER THERE PHONE TO TAKE NEW ORDERS AND SCAM OTHER PEOPLE .

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS OR YOU WILL BE A VICTOM AS WELL .

I don't care if you are calling your product whitening brites or ivory brites. I was to get a free sample & I had $88.97 removed from my checking account. I did not authorize this kind of payment ever. If I do not see this money back in my account in 5 days, my bank will get the money back. Everything was refused & shipped back unopened.

Doreens comments are "spot on". The typical free trial that almost impossible to cancel. I"ve been thru it before and I'm sure others have as well. So you have to feel terminally unique.

Let us know the outcome. It's nice to consumers fighting back.

Hi my name is walter and i fell for the same thing and am so mad now . If anybody knows how to sue these crooks i would love to be involved. These crooks cant keep getting away with this they never had my permission to bill me after my first sample. Why cant these guys be stop from doing this to others good people. I also ordered the free trial size, $88.97 was put on my card, I disputed it I had not received anything other then the free trial size. Two days after I disputed it, the package arrived, I carried it to the post office (un-open) & returned it on June 1, 2009. Now they will not scan the package to prove they received it, that way they can say the package has not been returned. If anyone knows how to get them, please let me know
