This individual does misrepresent herself as affluent, pretending to live in Rancho Santa Fe, owning German Warmblood horses, engaging professional trainers, needing a place to park her horse trailer, expressing interest and ability to buy high end real estate she attempts to rent, President and Chief Appraiser of a self described "successful" company...stated to this landlord that she has never had an eviction, only minor credit difficulties 10 yrs old - results of a "bad divorce & ex-husband", had recently returned to the So Cal area from Michigan, not in possession of a Ca State Driver's License, etc. etc. She advertises herself as a financially responsible/secure individual that pays all her bills on time, is honest, ethical, upstanding part of society...

Additional research has uncovered that Schooler is anything but honest or ethical, has had at least three (4) Unlawful Detainers/Evictions filed against her, (previous landlord, Missionary Couple won judgment over $9000 in Riverside Cty), previous eviction a Force Entry/Detainer in Orange County, - Unlawful Detainer presently filed 2009...

Diane Schooler and/or The Schooler Company may have Filed as many as six (6) bankruptcies, five (5) Chapter 13 & one Chapter 7 ...Liens/Judgments of at least $265, 000 possibly more - to photoshops, landlords, homeowners associations, riding clubs, attorneys, collection agencies, judgment trackers, missionaries... possibly Over twenty (20) Civil/Small Claims Judgments possibly more...

My experience of Schooler and her background history has indicated with out a doubt that she is not now, nor has been able, by choice or need, in a many years to own anything in her name, pay her rent on time if at all, pay her taxes, or, it seems pay for professional services rendered...I am of the opinion that this person feels entitled to not pay for services, rent, taxes, etc unless compelled by law...
