Resident manager, Thor White
After only a few months of living there we were forced to move due to this person's ongoing harassment. It was obviously that he was physically attracted to me, not only by his inappropriate comments but also by his texts and emails. At first I was polite and a little flattered but he kept coming on to me. But as soon as I made it clear I was not interested the harassment started. I guess he shows his affection by writing us violations, harassing myself and my family, making up a special set a rule that you went forced to me, constantly hanging around our unit in trying to peek in.
We tried to report him to his higher-ups but we never got a response back.
Afterwhile his harassment and stalking became unbearable, so we moved, breaking our lease.
And only after we moved and google him we found out there were several other people who had the exact same problem.
Thor white seems to be nothing but a perverted, peeping Tom, bully who chooses who he picks on and implements his made-up rules to.
After communicating with other residents, it seems that the president and the management company as well the board has several complaints against him but have chosen to do nothing
