Then they sent me few toys which looks like phones, MP3 Players and camera. It was horrible experience.
I tried to return the product but I was not able to do so.

I ordered grey bridesmaid dresses for my wedding from this site. I loved the picture of them that I saw and I was sure to tell the seller whom I bought from that I wanted grey like in the picture. When I finally got the dresses, they were not grey at all but a soft purple, even the lining of the dresses was clearly purple. I tried to work with the seller to be able to return the dresses but they refused so I took it to the dhgate site to help with the problem. They did not help me either. I provided pictures for both of them of what the purple dresses looked like. They said the evidence wasn't enough. Now I am out $500 and have terrible dresses that are going to ruin my wedding. Very disappointed with this site and DO NOT suggest buying from here whatsoever!

They are really a RIPOFF site. except if you have a luck. their statements, sounds, and look are trusting business. It is seem like pro-business. in reality, they are a con-trade-business. Most products sell on this site are fakes, no specifications, copy or imitates, and/or illegal products.

They do have Resolution Center. However, they may resolve the problems for you if they know you are backing up with your credit/ financial company, in which you can dispute the charges within the timing manner. (they timing and play-around you)..They always look to find any gap to slap on your wallet. In all, they just want to draw money from you. The problem is yourself. Base on my experiences with DHgate.com. best advise is, STAY AWAY DHGATE.COM . Ortherwise, your own risk.

I bought a $70 item from them and it never arrived. After contacting them, they stated a process for re-reimbursement, I followed their procedure, and then they sent me an email saying they closed the request for refund because I did not keep in contact with them.
Do not buy from them. No grantee shipment from China will get to you, and the refund process is flawed.

I had a horrible experience on this website. I am sure it depends on the seller that you are buying from I want to warn you NOT to buy from "amneh325". I did an instant message conversation with him and told him that I was ordering a prom dress for my daugher. I gave him the date that we needed it. He said that this would be no problem. "Please don't worry" he said. He was such a liar. I asked him to try to think of this as his daughter ordering a dress for her prom. I recently ordered 3 wigs from Dhgate name of the supplier is (xcsunny) Sunny & Candy I think they are Couple/Married/Friends etc... Just guessing The 1st time I ordered a wig from them I was impressed without fitting the wig, I see how beautiful, soft, and the color is lovely. But when I tried to fit the wig I don't understand the wig is smaller than my head, then when I cut the lace and fit it again the cap is really small. So I emailed the supplier (xcsunny) I told them that my wig cap is smaller than my head and they replied to me and said ("There is a stretchable on nape area") I thought "WTF I don't need this !@#$%^&* stretchable belt for god sake, I asked them if I can send back the wig so they can fix it for me and they said I cannot return the wig after I cut the lace ... So...I cant do anything except sell my wig to a friend and she likes it...

Second time I ordered 3 wigs from the Supplier again (xcsunny) Sunny & Candy, I gave them head measurements before I order the wig, and add two-tone color of wig, wig clip, to prevent the wig from falling and send it to UPS (not fedex) So it took about 1 month for my wigs to arrive. When I first to look at the wig its very beautiful, soft and lovely like the first time I ordered, then when I fit the wig still smaller than my head, the cap is small, even I already give them my custom head measurement and they still can't make it the right size. They also didn't add two-tone color of the head, wig clip is not attached already, they just put the wig clip without putting it on the wig and sent it to me so I will have to sew it in myself! How rude is that? I payed the exact amount of the wigs, shipping & taxes and I expected that the product I ordered would arrive. I can't do anything with the wigs as they are too small so I think I have to sell it again like the first wig I ordered. I am so disappointed with these scam artists and I wish nobody else will attempt to do business with them. I emailed them and asked them why they sent me a small cap instead of using my custom head measurements like I sent to them before I ordered and he replied ("I will just give you 30USD to fix the wig in your country") These two idiots obviously do not care about their customers and will just send you whatever product they think is similar to what you ordered.

Girls out there beware of this idiotic Chinese supplier which is trying to get your money, Don't trust them with your wigs if you don't want to be scammed like me... Shame on this Supplier, Very bad service...

Hi I ordered an item of 55 silicone bracelets from DH gate Nov.24 2011. It is now Feb.6 2012 and I still have not received my item. The seller tells me I confirmed I got it and released him the payment. He told me to talk to customer services. I asked for a tracking number and he gave me one. It turned out to be false there was no record of that number. Customer service told me to settle it with the seller. I am now out $42. I not only have been given the run around but thee people have been rude to me and added emo cons with silly faces like them sticking out their tongues at me.

Clearly they are giving me a problem in getting my refund how could you take $1, 358.50 for 1 iPad that was sent to me and sent back because it was not what I order I know dhgate get a percent of the money if sale is made so you would loss a good customer just to get a percent

Got part from spidsafeshop. Yeah right. At least they replaced the faulty part with another faulty part. Both times I was assured they had been tested. I sent them the second part back for a refund. Now they say they haven't gotten the part back which I sent over a month ago. I'm not getting the warm fuzzy either. I don't think the site intentionally scams you. But they don't control the sellers and there is no way to easily file a dispute since they release the monies so quickly. Save the time and suffering and buy from someone in the USA.

Caveat Emptor - "Let The Buyer Beware". Dozens of vendors on {www.DHGate.com} are claiming to have 1, 000mw (1 WATT), 2, 000mw (2 WATT), and 3, 000mw (3 WATT) Red and Green LASERS for sale at ridiculously low prices. There are dozens of vendors on this particular Web site making identical claims, and the site has first-page Google visibility for the search term "1000mw LASER". There is a 1, 000 Milliwatt PEN LASER (powered by two AAA batteries) - with a "star cap! What a joke!
Obviously, this entire site (DHGate.com) is a rip-off - at least where LASERS are concerned, since there is NO WAY that dozens of vendors would make identical typographical errors in their descriptions, adding an 'extra zero' to their product's power rating. I only show a few examples here, but there are many more on this one Web site alone, and hundreds more on the Internet as a whole.
Everyone is trying to cash in on that 'magical' four-digit power number. One Thousand Milliwatts - and even Three Thousand Milliwatts - It has a nice 'ring' to it, doesn't it? There are thousands of people who know shinola about LASERS, who may purchase their first LASER there... and get totally ripped off.
Now, one might say that I may have jumped the gun in my judgment here, but let me tell you that I've dissected so many LASERS, that I know from whence I speak. What is shown on their Web site is FRAUD and MIS-REPRESENTATION.
Their own ads are a contradiction. I'm surprised none of the forums warn of this, and if you are a member of such a forum, or blog on the subject, perhaps you would consider linking to this page and alerting those who aren't astute enough in their new hobby to be aware of what to look for.
The dead give-away for even a novice LASER Enthusiast is in the ads themselves. A great LASER Web site at (((REDACTED))) has posted screen shots of the actual ads, and tells you how to spot a fraudulent power claim.
In every case except in these ads - which are numerous on DHGate.com, you will note that it states "Safety grade: Class IIIb" - or "Class B". Well, a 1, 000mw LASER is Class IV; NOT Class IIIb, and certainly NOT "Class B" because there is no such category as "Class B". 500mw or above puts a LASER into Class 4 - an entirely different 'animal'. A mistake? A Site-wide type-o? No, I don't think so. Ad #4 avoids listing the "class" or "Safety Grade" entirely, probably because the seller knows that a 1, 000mw Class IIIb LASER is a non sequituer. A lie of omission is still a lie.
If you want REAL LASERS with CERTIFIED power outputs, don't deal with China... you're liable to get ripped off big-time.

I wanted some good quality headphones. My first mistake was looking for them there.

I found these on DhGate.com (never bought from this site before nor heard of it) & the ‘[censored] bag of a seller’ showed pictures with no brands, hiding the fact that they are copies of Monster Beats Headphones. He even claims he owns the factory.

When I received the headphones, there was a known brand printed everywhere, imitating Monster’s Beats Pro headphones, box & accessories. Furthermore, the sound quality of the item was sub par the price paid & also of the original brand (upon evaluation). The whole aspect of the headphones is very poor in quality & way overpriced, even for fakes.

It is obvious the seller tried to hide the fact he was selling trademarked counterfeited headphones. I communicated several times with the seller & DHGate about the fact that the merchandise I received was counterfeited. Seller doesn’t care, neither does DHGate. They both act like it’s not a problem, not a crime. IT’S ILLEGAL!

I have an evaluation from Future Shop (Best Buy Canada) that says the headphones are fakes. I also took several pictures of the item. I sent them to the seller; he doesn’t care, neither does DHGate.

The seller asks me to resend the headphones through Canadian Mail (to my own expense) even if it’s against postal & custom’s law; I could get into big trouble for sending fake items through mail. Seller doesn’t care, neither does DHGate. IT’S ILLEGAL!

Dhgate dispute staff tries to minimize the illegality of their member’s behavior & try to buy some time, answering with several generic or automated responses that answer none of my concerns or questions. They are giving me the run-around.

Most of the product that are on DhGate.com are counterfeits and THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT’S WRONG WITH CHINA right now. Selling crap unfit or dangerous for consumption, infringing copyright laws, infringing postal & custom laws, cheap labor / slavery, criminal behaviors, etc. just to make MONEY! FAST! Let’s f*** everything up so we can make money. Despicable excuse for human beings!

I was not only screwed over by Bill007, but freakin' DHGate! I bought a wedding dress and because of them, I am out $145. I have every e-mail, date, time, name, and postmark as proof!...My story:

I ordered a wedding dress on July 20th from Bill007. His site claimed it would take 10-15 days to make and then 3-5 days to ship. August 18 came around and I never got my order so I contacted the seller. He said (in his exact words with incorrect spelling and all): "we don't find your informaiton in our database." What the hell?!?!?! I gave him exact measurements and now you don't have my order? This is a month and a half before the wedding. I don't have time to screw around. I went and bought me a dress at David's Bridal...
When I told DHGate about it, they were not helpful at all. They are some of the most unintelligent people I have ever talked with! I honestly thought they were joking about some of the remarks they were making. Again, I have proof of their stupidity. All they care about is money...so filed a Paypal dispute which later escalated to a claim.

On September 2nd I received a package in the mail. I had been ordering wedding stuff like crazy so I signed...IT WAS THE $#*!ING DRESS! They claimed they never had my order, but how did they send the dress? Someone was lying. The funny thing is, it was postmarked the day AFTER I complained to the seller.

I'm a college student and can't afford to throw money around on TWO dresses...the claim was now decided and I lost. I am NOT happyI am letting everyone know what crooks DHGate are!

I purchased a bridesmaid dress from DH Gate's seller Hello 12. After the purchase, I received a note on their site ( not to my email) that they are going to charge me an additional price of $30. Once I discovered the price change, I asked them to refund my money. I was told by their seller "well you refund it" I refused the package and now I'm getting the run-around in trying to get my money back. I strongly suggest that consumers not purchase from DH Gate's website.

I think this website is a scam. Often if it looks to good to be true, it is. I ordered a wedding dress from them, and never recieved it. I was sent a faulty tracking number..and finally was told the shipping company lost the dress. I truly believe there never was a dress. Please take my advice and avoid dhgate.com and other sites like it.

Two orders totaling more than 800$ was charged by DHGATE and for both orders the following emails were received:
"This email is to inform you that your Order xxx has been canceled. Please check the following details for the reason of cancellation: Refund Reason: Payment verification failed "
"We have canceled your order PO# xxx on xxx-25 . The total amount is ---. You will get it 2-3 business days.
We are sorry for this inconvenience! To ensure the safety of each transaction, we sometimes have to follow some procedures to confirm the payment details. We once sent you an email requesting a proof but you refused to give it to us, so we had to cancel your order. "
1. No refund has been issued and no products have been delivered.
2. There was never any request for any "proof verification etc.

Stay away from dhgate. It is nothing than a mechanism to steal your money. The method is simple. You order, you pay. Eventual you receive a phony dhl tracking number, even if you ordered by tnt (!). Than they will accept a refund, after 2 weeks confirm you the money is sent to you buy the money never arrives to you. A lot a spitful excuses means to buy time form them until you eventually give out. So people, resist the price temptation and stay out of this, it is a scam scam scam scam site!

I'm having a bit of a problem with DHGate and was wondering if anyone else had this same problem.

So I purchased 5 Ipods from a seller who had really good feedback and a high score from there site. I used Paypal to pay for the order on 7/20 and the listing said it would take 3 business days to complete the order and ship them out. I e-mailed DHGate on 7/27 (1 week after payment) to find out if the seller shipped the items since my order status still shows a 'waiting for seller' display and I've recieved no e-mail. The DHgate employee (named Andy) e-mailed me back and said he checked with the seller and the items have shipped and I should log back in to check the status. I asked Andy if he could get me a tracking number so I can see what day they would arrive and so far I've got no response, and the status of my order still says 'waiting for seller'.

Has anyone had problems like this, and should I just file a complaint with Paypal to get my money back or wait another week for a response?

RESPONSE: Yes, the page is accurate with it's description, except the camera, i am not sure it's 5 million pixels, but i think it should be 3 million pixels at least.And of course it's the new cell phone.About the different, the original HTC G7 Desire is android 2.2 os, but this phone is windows 6.5 os.If you have amy other questions, please feel free to ask, i'll reply you asap.

The page was of poor English, but as it was on a Chinese site, I accepted the poor translation.

However, it was quite clear about what the item was, and what it claimed to be. At this point I was convinced that they had produced a product at a lesser price, and as there are so many mark-ups in North America, it seemed plausible this item is the same thing as we would find over here.

This is not true; it is Mediatek, not at all the same, at 800mHz.And the memory is half of what it should be. "The camera is 5 million pixels." but the seller admits that may be a lie. "TF card expansion up to 32G", also, the seller admits this may be a lie, but I never had a chance to test it.There was supposed to be a free "1*Lather Case, 1*Screen Protector", both were missing from the package. And what finally prompted me to open a dispute: "It is down from a new version of G7, not only the usual buttons, but also Photoelectric sensor function (optical mouse). You can scan the optical mouse and websites is browsen.Deshalb cost of the new version, $ 10 more expensive than the old version." That is a black "ball" that is situated in the middle of the button at the bottom. This function does not work at all! The screen on an HTC Desire is capacitive, while this one is resistive

If you try to search for the product now, you get "This product has been removed. You may find its alternatives below. "

I have sent it back as the seller has agreed to a refund. However, almost 2 months later since I sent it I have not heard of it arriving. They only agreed to cover shipping costs if I sent it at the lowest cost, so Canada Post does not provide a waybill tracking code in these cases.

It worries me sick that I will never see my money again.

Bottom line...do not be deceived by these fantastic deals from China, or other overseas countries that make similar claims. It's all garbage and you will waste your money.

I purchased a dress for $130 from one of the vendors on DH gate. It arrived after a few weeks, and the dress was not made properly. The beading on the front was totally off-center. I submitted a request for refund through the site, as instructed and was 'denied' by the seller. I modified my request and said that I would even pay for shipping to send it back, I just want the purchase price refunded - rejected again. So, I then escalated the complaint to DH Gate. After uploading photo evidence and thoroughly explaining why I want my money back, their 'suggested resolution' is for me to keep the dress, and receive a refund of $20. I did not agree to it, said that I do not want the dress, I want my $ back, well, they marked the case as 'refunded' and my case is now 'closed'. SCAM. Do not give these people your money!
