Phone connection and refunds—want confirmation of orders and refunds
I have 5 outstanding refunds and a refund that took off $63.38 for what I don't know. As for the phone They either say I won something and won't let me into the company or that I am not in their phone service area or line. They also send items that I cancelled.
Do not deal with DesignerLiving!
I have purchased something from DesignerLiving and the item which I received looked nothing like pictures. I decided to return it for a refund, so I contacted DesignerLiving customer service and they said that I have to ship it back at my own expense. I agreed and asked for a return label. And these guys said that I have to pay some extra money for the label!
So in the end it was not worth to return anything because I would only lose money.
Do not deal with DesignerLiving!
They didn't provide order, but they charged me for delivery
I paid sofa from the company www.designerliving.com. I placed the order 3 weeks ago already, but these jerks still haven’t delivered it. As well as they took money for the delivery, but after 4 days they asked to pay more. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

SCAM
This company is a complete scam - You stole my money, and refused to cancel an order that I did not authorize. I will not rest until justice is served. I will be posting negative reviews on any and all available forums with the hope that your snake oil sales tactics and failure to properly deal with unauthorized charges eventually puts you out of business.
I have made my order two weeks ago and never receive any confirmation email
I have made my order two weeks ago and never receive any confirmation email. I tried to call so many times and only answering machine. I left them so many message and never get a call back. Luckily i kept calling and a lady picked up. Payment solved and still haven't received any confirmation email. Suddenly i received two email saying that two of my products was out of stock!. and when i call them they said that the other items which is in stock was already ship when i dont' even want them at the first place. ( the throw that was out of stock all in a sudden was the first thing i really want to buy) They said that they can't stop the shipping and i have to pay my own shipping if i want to return the shipment. This company is not organize and seems like only person is running the whole customer service department. If you were lucky, you may get what you want!
