I was put on an automatic order status without my permission and they kept send ing me the items monthly. This added up to $400 and they were still sending them, I could not complain through the website (not functional) or phone (please hold) click. Or email, no response and non existant email address furnished. They are a fraudulent company, no online business can have that many problems "by accident". I actually had to stop my credit card in order for the charges not to be put on automatically. the credit card company said that there was no explanation of what the charges were for nor were the charges in a recognizable name. Nor did they have a contact mumber for them. I have no recourse other than to start down a long road of effort to get back my stolen money. I sent back everything I ever recdeived from them so they have my $400 AND their products and I am forced to do all the work to report them to consumer boards, police depts credit card companies, and small claims court. Most people probably give up. No telling how much money thay have taken fraudulently! I am shocked they have not been shut down!

We apologize that this customer didn't have a positive experience. DermStore does not sell expired products. We are an authorized retailer for PRIORI Skincare and all the other brand that we carry. when the customer contacted us thinking they received expired products because of a date located on the product, we immediately checked our stock on hand and contact the brand directly. Per the brand the numbers located on the products are lot numbers and not expiration dates. The customer was notified and was not satisfied with our response.

A pre-paid return label was given and a full credit has been issued to the customer’s credit card.

I have ordered from Dermstore for years. Thought all was well until I had a reaction to a new Skinceuticals product (bad rash - first application). Subpar customer service experience. They acknowledged my complaint via chat and sent an Email inquiry which could not be responded to, so I had to call them. They wanted details on the product (including expiry date) - I noted it was last year. I then checked two other products and their expiry date was in 2019. I purchased them in 2023. So I see this problem is not new. It is inexcusable. These products are very pricey. They can't hold their effectiveness for 4 years after expiration. I have contacted them and have no idea how they will respond. I won't be ordering from them again.

It is my first time order with Dermstore. Total 5 items purchased with 1 free gift items cost $45. Nonetheless, there are 4 same items are out of stocks which was only realized when I email Dermstore after received 1st parcel with only 1 item in it. Dermstore not even sending the free gift with the 1st parcel they send out. When I emailed and asked the customer service promised to replaced but then no response after the promised. I email again, the 2nd customer representative claimed unable do replacement and suggest to give $5 credit. This is very ridiculous service and bad experience with Dermstore after sales service. It is totally scam to customer. They charge to my credit card but all delayed and without notify customer at the first place where there are items out of stock... and Free gift was not sending and this is unethically technique to attract customer to order more with Fake gift free ideas!

Total scam. I ordered products on 11/14/19. I received no shipping notification. I then called 11/29/19 to see the status on the order and they said it was lost at warehouse. They then re-ordered the products. Same thing happened. I call again to see when it would ship - they cannot give me a status on when it will ship. I then asked to cancel my order and they said they cannot and will not cancel my order...

I called six times customer service throughout the past 2 weeks and now have filed a complaint dispute through my credit card company to get my money back (hopefully). In the process I was lied to by customer service. Here are the lies I was told. I was told one day when I called that my package would arrive by 8pm the same day. She said that just to get me off the phone. There was no tracking number of "said" shipping. I was also told at some point the package was delivered, and I asked what day that was, and they said it was the next day after I ordered it. ha ha ha. That would be remarkable. ;) Again, There was no tracking number associated with said "shipping." And if it had shipped, why would they reissue the order and say it was lost in the warehouse?

I ordered $291 worth of products on 11/14/19 and it is now 12/5/19 and no indication of shipping any time soon.

Do not buy from this company. Total scam and employee actually tell lies to you. LOL!

The Dermstore is a very unprofessional run company. I ordered a Harry Josh($175.00) curling iron(1 inch barrel) and received a larger one. Followed the directions to return it by mail. I spent $24.26 to ship it back because I wanted credit back to my card. They made the mistake for not shipping the correct one, but I was blamed for not calling first! Oh, the conversation I had was many, "Uhhs, Uhhs, Uhhs, " because the guy was fumbling for a response. The product arrived 11 days and sat with nothing being done. When I called for the second time, he said I will get that amount sent to your bank right now! Really? Why was this not done when you received the product back to your store? This will be the last time I ever shop with Dermstore! Be very careful!
This company needs a ew data base to handle ALL transactions, hire more people to answer phones, and to answers emails! I am so done. I am still out the return shipping fee which I will never see. I followed directions in ordering and returning! They made mistakes and made $24.2 on me!

Started receiving fraudulent charges from Dermstore. When I called it was just an endless hold and "Thank you for letting us drain your account" (last three words are a joke, rest is true)

I just placed an order through dermstore.com after receiving a promo code. They're one of the few online retailers that carry EltaMD products of which I LOVE!
As soon as I placed my order I was bombarded with an invasive popup asking me to add Klorane Dry shampoo to my cart for a special price, I clicked on add to cart thinking it would be added to my cart for a future order since I've already placed my current order. I just received my receipt on my email and was surprised to see that they billed me for this dry shampoo on my current order.
I believe this invasive and confusing upselling technique a very short-sighted that will not work in the long run and will have an inverse effect on return customers.

I thought dermstore was a legitimate website. This will be my last order from dermstore. Very disappointed.

This entire process has been extremely frustrated. I *was* a first-time buyer with DermStore.com and I have notified Priori Skin Care about DERMSTORE.COM selling expired items. DO NOT BUY ANY CREAMS OR PRODUCTS HERE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO AWFUL.

SOMEONE AT DERMSTORE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT PRIORI SKINCARE AND THEN LAST MINUTE STATED, "I AM SORRY, WE CANNOT CONTACT THEM."

That was my entire experience with them, 1 purchase 1 refund. Never again.

Today I received a notice of an order that shipped from Derm Store, I have not ordered anything and I never give permission for any site to save my credit card info ...so they must have saved and then charged for something I have no interest in and did not order along with a free? subscription to People magazine that I do not want? I am going to place all emails from them in the Junk file and the credit has been cancelled...

GetDerm.com or BeachBody.com the companies that peddle this product online, are promoted by Doctor Ordon. He is well known Doctor and he has a Facebook webpage. So if you have a complaint, leave comments on his Facebook page. That way people like he and others, will be less enthusiastic about selling "snake oil" products on infomercials.

Referring to DERMSTORE facebook page, This is HOW YOU respond to complaint? Just by hiding it on FB so your other customers wouldn't see it? Very unprofessional, that you just DELETE or HIDE comments that are referring to the bad services you provide and just showing the good ones won't help, eventually ppl will go thru how unprofessionally you handle your business. No denial, Ive SEEN bad comments on your wall and they always tend to disappeared the next day, where did it go? Who deleted it? Who HIDE it? Very obvious.

Will see if this post will be hidden anytime soon, I will repost if you still decide to delete or hide. I don't agree how you do your business, I think you should let everyone of your customers see good AND bad comments/reviews, not just the good ones to promote your store. This is wrong and we have to right to listen what other ppl wants to say.

Stop posting Wonderbrow basically any ads from Dermstore on my fb, its not working and I won't buy again.
I unliked your page and I will not be returning to buy anything from Dermstore.

I placed an order online for Wunderbrow. When I never received the item, although they had my charge card and never charged me either, I tried calling. The number was disconnected. The website produced no help. I think I am victim of a phishing scam that has not come to fruition. Wanted to try the Wunderbrow, but I'm hearing so many bad things that I am going to steer clear. Does anyone have a working phone number for them?>

I RETURNED WUNDERBROW . THE CLEANSER WAS DRY AND THE REP ON THE PHONE TOLD ME --OPEN IT UP WITH A NEEDLE. I SHOOK IT--IT WAS DRY. I RETURNED THE ITEMS TO THE WAREHOUSE AS INSTRUCTED. I CALLED THE STORE AND TALKED WITH A REP--AND HER MANAGER. THEY TRIED TELLING ME THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT! I HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER THROUGH FIRST CLASS MAIL WITH UPS. THEY ARE NOW TRACKING IT.THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. LADIES--DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I would like to know if you got your issues with Derm Store resolved. I am trying to get a credit back for an item I returned over two weeks ago and Derm Store claims they did not receive my package. They are trying not to issue the credit and keep my money although they have received the merchandise back.

These automatic order situations are the worst, you have to almost set a calendar to remember to cancel or re-evaluate if you want the product auto-shipped
