I ordered/received "trial" shipment. Within a few days, I called to stop sending as it made my skin itch. Customer Service rep was very nice/polite. I told her I didn't want to pay for return shipping. She offered it @ one-time fee of $26.95. I OKd it and figured that would be the end of it. NOT SO! I've now received my credit card statement w/ ANOTHER CHARGE of $29.95 + $2.55. This was NOT AUTHORIZED and I am NOT HAPPY to say the least! What gives?!!!
This company should be investigated for fraudulent activities. I used my debit card to pay the $ 2.95 'two week trial'. WRONG move! My account has had two billings ripped out of it for a total of $ 142.00 for NOTHING...a product I RETURNED long ago because of the reaction my skin had to it!
My bank says the only recourse I have is to stop my debit card! This is a two-way rip off for me!
DO NOT ORDER ANY TRIAL PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY ...unless you have lots of time, money, and like dealing with rude customer service people when requesting that they remove unauthorized charges from your credit card. Please read complaints before doing business with Demitage.
