First of all, the cream they sell does not at all do what it claims. I saw zero results.

Second, I received a free trial plus $3.97 S&H only to find out after I opened the box that there would be a $9.95 restocking fee if returned and a $19.65 restocking fee if returned opened. If you don't return the product and pay the restocking fee, you are committed to purchase the product for $69.95.

Their return policy is at the bottom of their web page in small print. It wasn't showing up at the top of the screen where I was purchasing it.

They should not be allowed to advertise it as a free trial if they charge you to return it. And the examples they've used on their website are a complete fraud.

I believe Dermitage is preying on those of us who are desperate to look younger.

This just isn't how you do business and it's underhanded.

I never ordered anything from these idiots and they sent me this free trial for wrinkle cream. Im a 24 year old male. What the hell would I need wrinkle cream for. I called up and all they could tell me was that I have to send it back and pay shipping. They had an account number of mine to a checking account that I dont even use, so I dont know how they got it, but they did. Im not paying for it, and Im not paying for shipping to send something back that I didnt order. The lady on the phone was a complete moron.

I would suggest that you also take a look at the other posting on here, it has alot of info about triclear's parent company Syndero, and thier contact info along with thier other products Onlingo, Dermitage, Internet Career Kit, and whatever else they are hiding behind.

I had a similar situation with this company and after threatening them with my local Attorney Generals office here in Florida, the BBB, and filing a chargeback with my bank they finally agreed to refund my money.

I would suggest that you dont stop with the CSR's, demand a supervisor or manager and if they still wont help you demand to go higher. All the names are on the Syndero web site of thier Board of Directors along with the founders of the company Brad Klaus and the VP of Customer Service listed as Corri Tanner.

In my dealings I was able to get a direct number to her which is (707) 864-6194 and (707) 292-4434. I also found thier email addresses listed as ctanner@syndero.com and bklaus@syndero.com.

Once I contacted Ms. Tanner she seemed willing to do anything to stop me from contacting the Board of Directors about the service (or lack there of) which I recevied from her department. She agreed to refund my account in full for 3 months worth of products and cancelled any further attempts to my card.

I hope that this helps you! They cannot continue to get away with scamming peoples money!!!

I completely agree that this company is a rip off. I too have been charged over a $140 for signing up for a free trail. I didn't even get the 2nd shipment they are claiming to have sent. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also contacted the FTC (federal Trade Commission )and encourage everyone who has been scammed by this company to FIGHT BACK! I'm still waiting for a resolution.

Shame on me, I know better.

Dermitage, the company and it's practices are fraudulent. They puposely mislead with respect to what the product does and purposely hide details on restocking fees and automatic subscription from the customer who thinks he/she is getting a free trial of the product. I doubt they have any monthly return buyers so they scam the free trial people with restocking fees and unauthorized credit card charges. I do not see anywhere on the web were the owners of this company make themselves known. They are hiding from the public from whom they have stolen.
