Aka RHR Apolline and Devanskin Eye Cream and Face Cream
I was ordering this trial product for a fee of $2.99. After putting my credit card information in I came to Terms and Agreements. Starting to read this I found this would be an automatic monthly billing and nowhere did it state how much. I did not click the terms and carefully backed out of website. Two days later I received product as well as billing on my credit card. It stated I could cancel by calling which I did. I spoke with customer service to cancel and asked him how much would be billed monthly to my card. He said for both products $105. I immediately said to cancel as I did not agree to terms and conditions and should have not been sent product to begin with. He told me I would have to pay full price for the promotion. I notified my credit card company and and explained circumstances. They said to call if further charges showed up which I will. I also emailed back and forth with is company to no avail. This is definitely a scam operations and needed to be reported as reading reports there are several complaints relating to same problem.

Dr. OZ and Oprah should be ashamed to be a affiliated in any way with this company... the customer service is 3rd world to say the least. Ordered the product ( the samples ) for a small shipping and handling fee, ... Never got the product and when finally able to speak with a company rep. was told it had shipped to the wrong address and returned to them...wrong address... amazing, they had the right address to charge my credit card... Lets see if the charges are withdrawn. I would steer clear of Dermaliv...

They won't refund the money they took off my charge
I ordered the trial face and eye cream. I was suppose to have 21 days to try it and cancel future orders if I didn't like it. After 14 days I called to cancel but they already sent the products 7/29/15) and charged my account 159.82 74.92 for the eye cream and 84.90 for the face cream). I called to complain and they gave me return numbers for each product, which I mailed back. They credited my account 72.95. I called again to find out why I wasn't getting refunded and was told that they would refund me an additional 62.97. So I will be refunded 135.92 instead of 159.82 because they claim they keep the rest for a restocking fee (and I still didn't get the 62.74 refunded to my account).
They haven't delivered the order and didn't return my money back
I bought samples from the company www.dermaliv.com. I placed the order several weeks ago. I still haven’t received my order. I contacted the rep, who told me that the order has been sent, so I needed to be more patient. I waited too much, so I called them again and asked to provide my money back, but the rep refused and told to wait for the order. I wonder...

Scam, scam, scam. I was tricked. The website www.dermaliv.com offered samples only for $3.50. I ordered 4 samples from them, but these jerks charged me for the samples, but later they took the whole sum of the products. I was shocked and of course I tried to get money back. I failed and had no idea what to do. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.
I hAVE THE EXACT EXPERIENCE, they charge $160.00 from my bank accounts without permission. I will do whaeve I have to do to ger my money back.

I was told to refuse the pkg. and I was billed 69.95 and told that was wrong...They really are not helpful and did not give me their name.
The real name of this company is Devanskin.Yes, they go by Dermaliv.But devanskin is their a k a. They will ask for your credit card # for the price of the sample, thennext month, they will slam you for a large amount of $$. I called my bank and they said they could handle it for me, but If I wanted to try and do it on my own..go ahead.Well, the bank got me their direct phone # which is, [protected].I have called them and am being like a bulldog about this. !st they may tell you that the best they can do is take 30% off I say NO, I want it all back in my bank, Then they say well, we can't do that but because it has given you so much trouble we will make an exception and give you 50% back. NO I said. I need it all back minus the samples which I believe I do owe them. I have to call back tomorrowbetween 8am and 5pm.They are not open on weekends.I hope this helps you. I had nowhere to turn but my bank and they are so very helpful. I use T D bank. I really hope this helps you. Just remember what my mother told me "if it seems too good to be true, it isn't true" Be careful of what looks like a great deal out there, it is so easy to be taken in.

They offer free samples if you pay the freight and claim there is no commitment and then they claim you signed up for automatic purchases and send them and charge you and they will not back down when you complain. I had to go to my card company to get it resolved.
I agree with the above complaint. The company signed my up for automatic shipments nd automatice debits, without my permission. I will report them to the BBB. I hope everyone read the complaints before placing an order.

Don't order samples from them – they will take bogus charge from you
I subscribed for the trial of eye cream and anti-aging cream on the website www.dermaliv.com. I paid about $5 for the delivery. I received the first sample after 3 day and still no sample of anti-aging cream. I waited and got nothing, but I checked my account and it turned out that they charged me for $89.99. I have no idea for what, ‘coz they didn’t warn...
