Delmarva Power review: Higher bill then ever before

My bill has tripled now that they put a smart meter in. It doesn't make scents that we are paying for these meters I believe they need to check everyone of the meters. I believe they are worthless it wasn't anything wrong with the old ones it just another way to get money from the poor. No one home all day and the bill is higher than it would be if I was home every day watching TV all day. People we need to complain electric bills higher than house payments.
