This company advertises that they have the most accurate list of Pre-Forclosure properties. Many times I have gone days and days without a list from them yet I can pull up an extensive list on the Trustee sight. Accurate??? I think not. When I complained to them, I was ignored! So much for the $199 fee they charge!

so they dont come through with there promise?

they do make it seem like they will give you a response in days.

i was thinking of signing on but now i doubt it.
