December order never received!

On December 16th 2007 ordered and paid for complete series of Malcolm in the Middle. Website promised orders made by Dec 17th would arrive in time for Christmas. Here it is Feb 13th 2008 and order has never been sent, although payment was taken from my bank acct on Dec 18th 2007. I have a reputation for being a very patient person, but this company has pushed my patience to its limits. I have just filed a complaint online with Division of Consumer Services in Fla, I am also sending copies of any correspondence to them. BTW, as I am printing off all my proof I find an email that on Dec 24th 2007 they say my UPS info has been upgraded to order shipped... funny, I just look and it says billing info received, which BTW means nothing... if you would like to file a complaint the website address is www.800helpfla.com I will be posting other addresses as I find time... companies should not play with a person who works 3 jobs to maintain her home... every dollar means the world to us, not to mention that I had to run out and find another Christmas present at the last minute!
