terrible customer support!
Ordered several pieces of clothing from DebShops website and everything arrived several sizes bigger than I expected! I contacted DebShops customer care and asked for an exchange but they refused and said that they don't do exchanges and refunds! That is not fair! These people made a mistake by sending me the incorrect size clothing and they refused to fix it! They recommend me to find a tailor or to donated the clothing! I'm totally disgusted with DebShops and their ridiculous and extremely unprofessional customer service! I'll never buy anything from this company again!
No money, no order – total rip off
Scam, scam, scam. I placed order on the www.debshops.com 3 months ago, but I still haven’t received or heard anything from these scammers. I placed order and paid on time. The payment was fast and prompt, but after that it was only silence. The seller didn’t react on my emails and I have no idea what measures to take now. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
The rep lied about the shipping and my order wasn't send at all
I ordered prom dress from the company www.debshops.com. I placed my order 6 months in advance of the prom day. It was the worst experience, ‘coz the seller didn’t send my order at all. He lied me and told that it was shipped, but when I contacted another agent, he informed me that my order wasn’t sent and I needed to wait more. The worst company and not recommended, so please share this info and inform other people.

Problems with sizes and seller is liar
People, stay away from the website www.debshops.com. I ordered dress and jeans from them, as well as I paid for the express delivery, but these ### provided wrong sizes. I returned the whole order back with all tags, but this seller turned to be total jerk and ###. He refused to return money back, ‘coz he told me that all clothes were without tags. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Rude customer services and bad quality of clothes
I bought some accessories and clothes from the website www.debshops.com, but I wouldn’t recommend this website to other people. The quality of clothes was really low and horrible, some clothes tore apart on the next day. The customer services were also bad, because they refused to change the things and spoke with me in rude and impolite manner. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. i paid and asked for express shipping. The sent no clothes and voided my order. my bank account still says negative 220. 23 for the full order. so they took my money and gave no product. when shall they release my funds back in to my bank account.
I ordered online 4 dresses here at debshops.com. I gave my correct home address. I received the confirmation and tracking number, it said expected date will be net week but I didn’t receive any package. I checked the tracking number but they moved the delivery to next week again. I have no more time.
