Debited my bank account for $159.95!

I was trying to get a loan, from payday.com and edpreporting, took my information, and debit my bank account. For $159.95, for a debit card, i cancel on time, customer service miss valeska playing like a fool, called police officer, filled out form. It's all a game, this company must be stopped... biggest scam... Miss valeska rodriguez play the scam very well. This company must be stopped and sent to jail.

I totally agree with you. I got that amount debited from my account after trying to get a payday loan. I never received a card and that amount was debited from my account I'm going tomorrow to my bank to stop this.

I was horrified this am when I checked to see if my paycheck was in the bank and to my horror there was a deduction on my account for 159.95 from this acclaim visa pre-paid visa card. I have never applied for this service and certainly haven't give them permission to deduct this horrific fee from my account this had put my account in the negative balance and I overdraft fees now tomorrow legitimate charges are scheduled to be paid from my account like phone and water and there are no funds there now to cover them this will also incur more nsf fees.

I too, about 2 months ago, applied for a payday loan. NOT A PREPAID DEBIT CARD as was told to me when I called EDPreporting. I already have a debit card with my checking account, why would I want a prepaid one, I explained to them. They told me there was no refund and my checking account was debited for $159.95, not once but twice. To this date I haven't received anything, and I'm out $319.90. For what? How do I get my money back? This is disgraceful!!! Something has to be done about this!!!

Yes They are a ripe off most company's give you 10 days to cancel account they only give 3 and they need to respect Blind people and return their money because we can't read a contract when we mean to hit the no and get hit the yes instead. Thats what happen to me now I am overdrawn because of them and other company's taken money out of my account. And I can't pay my rent. And if I don't get my money back soon i will be out on the street.

EDP card tried to get me to i had filled out for a mastercard on line. Two days later i got the mastercard and a note from my bank that edp tryed to get 159.95 from my bank but as it gos i did not have the money in the bank, long story short they did not get no money in will not.

I was trying for a pay day loan. this company got out 159.95 out my acct. I never get an answer when I call all numbers.my bank let me know about the transaction. I knew nothing. I got a call from someone asking did I put in for a card? which I did but nobody told me anything else. when I said yes he hung up on me.I do not know this company. Why didn't he tell me about a fee? I have been calling for three days and sent about 6 e-mails. No reply. I am very upset with this. my acct was overdrawn and still is because of them.I hope all that are undercover smart get what comes to them for using people in the way they did. If I wanted a card and pay 159.95 why would I let them take money out my acct when I was trying to get a payday loan?
