I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. There are no commitments with the free product. However, there is a bonus free trial period to membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated 4 times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation, it is then also explained in the 1st paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. We offer the trial periods to give our clients a chance to use the service and see the value of it for themselves before they are billed for it. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply. We would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period. This is a total reap off, I never received any thing from them and they charged my account $39.95 and of course the $2.29 for the original CD that I have never recieved. When you call 1-800-487-7085 you have to demand your money back and do not back down. Make sure you get a refund claim number and name, date and time you spoke to the company. If you have to request a supervisor, do so, never back down thats what they want you to do.

We never recieved the CD also after two 39.95 payments. When I called last month to cancel they told me I couldn't and tried to convience me that I agreed to the charges. I read quite a bit f the tems and disclosures and I do not remember seeing anything about the 39.95 charge. Clark Howard will be getting a call from me so his listeners can prevent this from happening to them.

same here. I didn't know this would happen neither, but reading all the other complaints I got lucky, because they only got 1 month from me. Rep said couldn't get money back. this is a lesson learned.

They tried to suck 39.95 out of my account, called the bank
and put a stop to that.Next step will be to send facts to
the Washington State Attorney Generals Office in Olympia
Wa.and file a complaint of attempted fraud.This outfit is
as crooked as anything to do with scamming the public to line their own pockets.

I agree with the above complainants.

I am in the process of filing a complaint through teh Federal Trade Commission and possible send it through Congress to get some type of action taken on this issue. If the company (YOU KNOW WHO I AM TALKING ABOUT) reads this, I have begun taking htis issue to the Federal Trade Commission and possibly seek legal action.

It seems that all these people say is true.
And the ones operating this co are just scaming a lot of people.

I am taking legal action to stop them from getting any more of my money and sending a complaint to the State Attorney for Nevada as well.

I also did not receive anything and started getting billed $39.95 and thanks to the customer service number above, I was able to call and cancel the acct I, unknowlingly, set up with them. It's supposed to be effective today (7-14-08). So we'll see. Fortunately, I was able to get my bank to reverse the charges and be reimbursed for the $39.95.

Yeah, these are some slippery devils! Keep your eyes open folks!

I called and demanded to speak with a supervisor. She said she would credit me for this month only. The entire conversation, I held a very stern tone. When she said they would only credit the one month I said So you're not going to credit me for the month of June. She put me on hold and wow- turns out they will credit me for the two months they charged. I would suggest doing this when you call and demand your money be returned.

These guys debited my account $1.99. I called my bank and they said to talk to Grant Search. The bank told me to not give them any information except the transaction number from my card. When I telephoned Grant Search I got Kate who had a very thick accent (from India is my guess). I would only give her my name but she wanted my address and phone number. I told her that I wanted my $1.99 back and that they should cease and desist. She told me to hold for a supervisor. The supervisor Ryan said he would help me. I told him I had never contacted them and wanted my money back. He asked for my phone number I told him I would give him the transaction number. He then asked for my address and I told him ALL I would give him was my transaction number. He then hung up on me. I have reported this at my bank as fraud. I hope they catch them. Well I guess it is a dream of them ever catching scammers like this.

I was also charged by the company Grantsearch. Also, however I was charged by Blockbuster.com, NW-AG.com, Market Pro Inc and GMP. Fortunately it was my credit card and all I had to do was report these charges as fraud and they will take care of it. Total of 10 seperate charges only amounted to about $85 but hey, $85 of my hard earned money!! ALWAYS USE CREDIT CARD, NOT A DEBIT CARD. Credit cards have way more consumer protection than many debit cards do. Just be sure to pay that balance each month. :-)
