Kitten was sick, cattery dirty, I have spent over 15k no exaggeration, this is just vet care, not to mention the various foods, meds etc. To keep this kitten alive, almost lost my home, went to bed many nights hungry to pay his vet bills. He has a congenital portsytemic liver shunt. When I purchased him, overpriced btw, he had a runny eye she said it was allergies, brought him to vet Monday morning and he just shook his head, knowing that animals are like children to me, I wouldn't have brought him back even though I only had him for two days. None the less, he was failure to thrive, chronic URI, he was on so many meds, corona virus, thank God he doesn't have FIP! we never thought he would grow. He just had PU surgery, I am just keeping my fingers crossed that we can manage the shunt without further complications. Please research breeders and get references, I have been through hell. He is ok right now, I just pray no more surgeries!

@eroesel I was cleaning out some things today, i have my baby's things in a box I can't let go. I found his paperwork and the dame is from baileys, he died of HCM at 4 1/2. Think Deanna's is out of business now, as she should be, but have noticed baileys still selling sick kittens.

My baby died in my arms today, he was exactly 4years 6 months old if I was even given the correct date of birth by this wretched women. He was very tiny when I got him. I'm beyond heartbroken. Please research these people beforehand, don't let a seemingly nice retired couple fool you. They can be demons in disguise.

Report from UofF Veterinarians, my 4 1/2 year old has chronic renal failure and HCM, which a good breeder will test for. Basically I have to just wait for him to go, to treat the heart would accelerate the kidney disease and vice versa, not even a transplant candidate. And yes I would have found a way to raise the money if he were eligible. This is all from bad breeding, as I fed him only grain free organic foods and never any hard food, all wet. I'm heartbroken and afraid to come home everyday as I don't know what I'll find. Disgusting...

My cats is at UofF right now and I just spoke to the doctor, he has HCM, chronic renal failure and he is 4 1/2! You want to bet $15000.00 is impossible? He crashed again Wednesday, ran him to day vet, $500 for fluids and tests there, had to bring him to bearss er for overnight care, until I could drive to gainseville Thursday morning as I can't see at night. Bearss er charge, 200.00. He was hospitalized May 9th for 4 days at the tune of 2000.00 then again June 1st cost for that stay, 1400.00 Gainsevilles cost was $1700 deposit, that's a percentage of their estimate of 2500.00 and based on what the doctor just told me, I will be paying a balance and possibly more when I pick him up to bring home to pass, he's defied odds as the vet that treated him his 1st two years said he didn't expext him to make it to 2 years. You are despicable to cause people such heartache, even if I was a billionaire it's the fact that I'm devastated and can't stop crying. It's one thing to rip people off, but to rip their hearts out is pure evil.

I'm sitting here watching my poor baby suffer, I'm disgusted, the most heartbreaking experience ever. Call your attorney, not to mention overpriced in the first place, $700.00 for a mink mix? fell for the little guy and although I did my research I was fooled. I would have paid 3x's the amount because I love the little guy so much, no amount of money in the world could help me with the devastation I'm enduring now, every day for sub-q fluids, hospitalized twice in the last month for IV fluids, that's $1400 a stay, so yes, it's been well over 15k, anyone who's every been to an emergency vet knows 1 night could be $1000.00 easily. Befor his PU surgery, 3x's he was blocked and each time was a $1000.00. You just need to stop selling these sick kittens. Stop breaking people's hearts!

Bought a kitten from DeAnna Snare on May !3, 2013. She was recommended by Baileys Ragdolls. The kitten i purchased from Baileys had died before I had a chance to take it home. Baileys recommended this breeder and I chose a sweet kitten. DeAnna assured me of his health and provided a quick Vet Certificate that expired in 30 days. My mistake. This breeder does not breed against feline HMC heart disease and to my broken heart died at the age of 3. I received him with fleas and treated this immediately. They sell healthy cats? NOT! They are more concerned about the money than sick animals or broken hearts and should be put out of business or in jail for animal abuse!

How old was your kitten? I got my baby end of March 2013, he will be 4 January 25th. Has every illness imaginable, I'm heartbroken, not to mention financially strapped, to say the least. He has asthma, crf, chronic URI, had PU surgey, enlarged heart... ugg so sad, I'm sitting here listening to him cough while he's sleeping. 😪

Interesting, they're probably from the same litter, and my boy died, ultimately I'd HCM, the university found it, although a previous vet visit detected the murder, it was mild within 5 months he was in congestive heart failure, 4 1/2. He's regular vet didn't think he'd make it to his 2nd birthday. I loved him so much and he was a fighter, as my vet said. He just had so many issues, the urinary blocks, ultimately leading to PU surgery, and on and on. I still cry everyday. Bailey's needs to stop recommendeing her, I fear they share studs so they may have issues as well. I'm broken.

$15, 000 for a kitten ? I just do not believe you. Nor did my Vet. I suggest you better get your Vet bills together. Your story is very badly acted out. You broke your contract with me .My Vet gave you a State Health Certification as required by state law .The kitten was healthy when you picked the kitten up .So why did you not call me? You had every right to bring it back per m contract I am turning this over to my attorney. Your slanderous statements are un called for ..In 45 years this is a first. My kittens are clean and well taken care of. I have 28 customers to stand by me

See I'm an empathetic person and can spit when people aren't truthful, you evil ones don't get that.

You had this kittens for several months. You then contacted me and I told you I would replace the kitten and needed a Vets report .I did not hear back from you ? I had to call all my customers that bought kittens ..they were fine ..As there is no way to test for this and I have never had this issue..as all my cats would be dead .But still offered ..with a Vet report to replace the kitten..

If you're referring to me, I called you almost everyday, telling you he had diarrhea, you made light of it, "oh that's normal, oh he has a little cold" etc, never offered another cat, not that I would give him up. As I mentioned, when I brought him to my vet that Monday, I got him on a Saturday, he shook his head, he knows me very well and knew even after two days, I wouldn't even entertain the thought of giving him up. Let me explain, if I was to adopt a child and took him for a wellness check and they told me the child was ill, I wouldn't "return him". There are some people who view pets in the same way and I'm one of those people. I will do whatever it takes to help him, stop being so greedy and do the right thing or get out of this business!

There is a way to test for HCM, and furthermore, the coronvirus turns into FIP, when kittens are immunocompromised, i.e. From overbreeding and inbreeding your cats! I know all kittens carry it, however, healthy kittens don't develop symptoms and it doesn't affect them any longer. You were given your own vaccines, you did it in front of me, wtf, your not a vet not even a vet tech! Red flag right there!

Terrible, unethical breeder, and has nerve to overprice! Heartbreaking! She should be in prison.

Several years ago I purchased a ragdoll kitten from this breeder. I was down in Florida visiting my parents and saw an ad for ragdoll kittens. I purchased my little guy and flew him up to Illinois with me. Several mths passed and he seemed to be having problems. He wouldn't eat he wasn't growing and he was having problems walking. Took him to my vet they ran test and said he had FIP. I took him to a specialist they did more test just to make sure. I spent a lot of money trying to help my little guy, but in the end I had to put him down because he just couldn't walk anymore. He wasn't even a year old when I had to put him to sleep. I called the breeder and of course I got the song and dance about non of her cats have had FIP. She offered my another kitten but not right away. I didn't trust her and I couldn't do it again. When I felt I was ready for another kitten or course she never answered my emails. I didn't really want another animal from her but I paid so much for him. I ended up going through another breeder and I have had no problems with my new guy. Buyer beware of this breeder, and by the way she also breeds dogs.
