DealDash No problems with the auction itself, HUGE problems with the follow-through after you win

The auctions are just like any other penny auction - you HAVE to watch what you are paying for an item based on both the price of the item AND the cost of your bids. No problems with the auction itself, HUGE problems with the follow-through after you win or "buy it now". I have 3 gift cards I won/bought between Nov 14th and Nov 20th - mostly these are gifts. Dec 6th, I still sit without any of the items. Emailed support on Dec 4th - still no response... HOPEFULLY this will resolve in the next week so I can send my gifts off..

DealDash I have no intention of using this website again

Be forewarned...you may not actually get the item you pay for when selecting the 'But It Now' option.

I was bidding on an Apple iPod Touch, 5th gen in blue but did not win. Decided with the number of bids I had invested that I would use the 'Buy It Now' option to get the bids back, save on taxes and shipping. Well, well...to my surprise I received an Apple gift card in the mail (does not state this is an option anywhere on the website) for a NANO and stated the card stated the taxes were covered. Now, I was skeptical on how the taxes would be covered if the value was $399. They were not. I ordered the item I thought I purchased online and paid an extra $35 in taxes. I should have just done this from the get go and would have saved myself the aggravation and rise in blood pressure.

I have no intention of using this website again. An old-fashioned bait & switch tactic.

DealDash Never receive anything

I am unemployed and was trying to save some cash on gifts for Christmas. I signed up on a website called DealDash.com. I signed up with DealDash.com on 10/24/12 and purchased a bid package for $36 (won zilch), but so many Facebook friends began posting praises that I gave it another try. I bought more bid packages and "won". Of the items that I did not win, I was given the option to buy outright at full price, and get my bids back, so I purchased 3 items. Every item that I won or purchased was given a notice of "shipped" with a reference number (which is useless) and expected arrival. Two of the items were to have been delivered by 12/2/12, but never arrived. Four of the items I won were to have been delivered by 12/05, and never arrived. I signed on to my DealDash account to find messages that my purchased items were out of stock and they had "replacement" offers. Well, those replacement offers do not equal what I spent! And, when I looked at the upcoming auctions, they had the very same items listed for auction, again! I have yet to receive even 1 of the 11 items that I won or purchased! They now have $1253.00 of my money and I'm unemployed! I'm not going to be able to buy gifts for my family, now! I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC and awaiting responses, but I have a feeling that my complaints will be go unheard or deemed unimportant; and more people will be suckered into their web. DealDash responses to my emails were bogus excuses as to why I don't have my items. Their phone number is not listed on their website and the only way I found it was through BBB's website. I called, left messages, but they do not answer the phone and do not return calls. I want my money back. DealDash.com is ripping people off who were trusting to be a legit business, but they are thieves!

I am by no means the only one that has been taken by these creeps. Simply "google" complaints re: DealDash and it pulls up hundreds of folks with the same experience.

DealDash Stay away at any costs

I had won two auctions, one was an ipod and another was a waffle maker. I have not received either one of these products and they were supposedly sent out and set to arrive on November 22, 2012 and here it is December 3, 2012 and I still have nothing along with no response to any of the emails that I have sent them either. If this company would be legit, I would think that they would offer a telephone line along with an address and website.

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced delays in receiving your items. We ship thousands of products every week to our satisfied customers, and people love the great bargains they get from our service. We did recently fall behind in some of our shipments, and customers who placed orders during November did experience delays in receiving their order. For this, I am deeply sorry, but I am pleased to tell you that we have since caught up on all outstanding deliveries.

We do not offer regular telephone support in order to avoid having our customers wait in lengthy queues, but our customer support team is currently responding to all customer queries within 24 hours, and are available to help all of our customers. Please send them a message if you have additional questions or concerns regarding these orders.

DealDash Stay away from this website

The concept is great and I don't have a complaint about losing auctions, and spending bid money. That's how it works. You buy bids, you decide how many you will use to try to win. You have to watch an auction till it's down to a small number of bidders and jump in and out as you see fit...no big deal...Where the problem comes in for me is when you win, it takes FOREVER, IF EVER to get the items you have won. I'm the VP of a Large Service Company, and if we did business this way, we would be out of business with the attorney general on our butts. Which will probably be what happens here, if they don't get their customer service and shipping up to speed. I have been forced to issue 6 Paypal disputes and escalate 2 of those disputes to claims. I didn't want to do that, but you only have 45 days from the time you pay for something to get your money back if you don't receive the item, through paypal. I imagine I will have to go to my credit card company for another item or two that I paid for through them instead of paypal. They don't mess around, they ask for your copies of email where you tried to resolve an issue and if there isn't evidence that the other side made an attempt to fix a problem, they just give you back your money, and takes back monies they paid out to the vendor in question. I don't want to do that tho, because the items are worth far more than what I spent. But if you get no items? What are ya suppose to do. I seriously have emailed anyone I could get an email address on at dealdash, but no one responds at all. When you call the phone number you find after searching and searching, it gives you a message that says email us! lol They did respond earlier in November when they owed me a ton of gift cards, saying they hired a new gift card company, and then also they hired 30 some customer service people etc. But it doesn't appear anything got any better so far. It's a sad story really, cos this company has the ability to be a really good one, but under their current management, or perhaps they just financially are over their heads I am not sure, which. Either way right now they seem to be kind of on the border of being down for the count. I am not going to invest any more money in them for the time being, I need to sit back and see if they are going to pull out of this, or if they are really going to go under cos I am not feeling confident about their ability to keep up with what they have going on. I even offered to assist them with getting their customer service team up to speed, but that email went unanswered too!

The site itself is not terrible. It is kind of a scam in that they make so much money off each item being bid on, but it is not a scam in the sense that they tell you exactly how they are going to make that money up front. I bought about 250 bids and had pretty good luck. I lost my first couple auctions but as long as you are willing to buy the item at DealDash retail price, you can get your bids back so you can try to win something else. Well I did this a few times until I ended up saving about 50.00 overall when I won a gas card and a frying pan. I was pretty happy with my experience and now just had to sit back and wait for the items to arrive in the mail.

...Easier said than done. The frying pan I told you I won. I was checking on the status of that order two weeks ago and it had shipped and was expected delivery by 11/22. When I still hadn't received it by 11/24 I used the contact form to find out where my item was. I didn't heard back from DealDash about my order so I used the contact form again, this time about the frying pan and a copy of Black Ops 2 that is past it's expected arrival date. Now when I check on the status of the frying pan it says preparing shipment, expected by 12/12. It went from being shipped already, expected delivery by 11/22 to preparing shipment for 12/12. WTF? I really don't even expect a response because the customer service just seems to be awful. I had a heck of a time trying to get in touch with their customer service about a month ago when I was inquiring into details about Black Ops 2 (I wanted to know if winning the item or "buying it now" would constitute as a preorder for the game so it would come with bonus content) before I attempted to win it in an auction. I had to use the contact form twice, post on their Facebook page, and email them before I even got a response about that. Now that I can't get in touch with them about several items that I paid for that don't seem to be getting shipped, I am growing more concerned. I tried reaching out to them on Facebook again to find out where my items are. I guess that was a bad idea because my posts were deleted and now my profile is blocked from writing on their wall. Bottom line. STAY AWAY! I will be filing a dispute with PayPal shortly if DealDash doesn't get this taken care of.

If you haven't filed a dispute with paypal you need today. You only have 45 days to file a dispute and that is what deal dash is doing. Dragging it out past your 45 days so you would get your money back. File dispute with paypal and escalate it onto paypal, don't wait to hear from deal dash on it. I talked today to paypal and they are going to look and see how many disputes they have against deal dash. And then look into the company. We are hoping paypal will not do business with deal dash after they see how many disputes they have. Hope this helps you.

DealDash I am very dissatisfied with the customer service department with DealDash

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service department with DealDash. On November 13th, I received a message via email that my item that I won was on its way! It also stated that if it did not arrive by November 23rd to contact the customer service department immediately...which I did. I did again on the 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th. They have yet to return to me regarding my missing item. The short video and their website claims they will reply within 24 to 48 hours. I will never spend money on this company that claims they are honest and fair!

To: SorryMyTurn:I am happy that you are receiving your items and have great customer support with DD. I am just wondering what made you visit/stalk this site (and other complaint sites), and post often? How many free bids did DD give you for this post? I know they do that, because they have called me before, on more than one occasion, (on my personal cell phone) asking me to write glowing reviews or rebuttals for some free bids. Sites like this are designed to help those who have been duped and also let them know they are not alone, or when people that have NOT received their items or have problems they may be able to get ideas/help to remedy their situation. It is also a place to warn others to be careful. Not a place to for you chastise them for emailing customer support too much. They are not happy and not getting any response (or respect) from DD. You apparently have no idea what me and these people are going thru. Geesh… I do have one recommendation for ’you-SorryMyTurn’, BE CAREFUL! I once was a happy DD customer (been with them since Feb 2011) and won/received many great items (I have been in quite a few auctions with you as well, in which I thought you were a respectful bidder). It was only the past 5 months that a complete 180 degree turn of all good things occurred with DD. Yes I have had a late shipment or two back in the day…but in the past 5 months…the complete lack of any Items (I am still missing items worth over $1600.00) being shipped (won items, buy it now items), and when I did get a few things, a couple months ago, they were the wrong items and the electronic items (YES they were refurbs, label right on the box) didn't even work when I got them. Their fraudulent practices and complete lack of customer support is appalling. I do not bombard them with requests, but it would be nice if they would respond to anything in less than a 2 week turn-around. When they do respond they say they are looking into it…then nothing for another 2 weeks… Some of my issues are since September and some are recent “after” their new vendors. One last thing, their growing pains are quite apparent, they did grow at an unbelieveable rate this past few months…but at the expense of their customers and their own honesty and integrity. It is not the fault of the paying customer, customer pays…store should deliver…if store cant deliver they at least OWE customer an explanation and great customer service…that way disgruntled ones (that have missing Xmas gifts and items from September) wont explode all over the internet like DD complaints have. You my dear, SorryMYTurn, need to be the one to “have a heart” and not bash these unfortunate honest, paying folks in order to gain a few bids… and stop being so condescending.

Same thing is happening to me. I won 4 items on nov. 5 th. received an email that my items were on there way. & if I hadn't received them by nov. 22 to contact them. Well I did. Didn't hear anything back for a week. Then was told my items were on back order. They offered me amazon gift certificates instead. I agreed. Was sent email that items were on he way again. & if I hadn't received them by dec. 12 th to contact them. Well it's dec. 13th & still haven't received a thing. The above comment says that we should be wait our turn. Poor deal dash is trying so hard to sent out the items. Is it our fault they took on more than they can handle?! They had no problems taking our money for bid packages & for the items we paid for. I've been waiting almost 6 weeks! How much time should we give them?! Why are they saying things have shipped when they obviously haven't! That is shady business. Of course people are mad & upset when you pay for something. It's "shipped" but never received. Then to find out it was never shipped & it takes a week to get a reply. Deal dash better enjoy that increase in members that they got I'm about positive they won't be back after this lying game they are playing. SorryMyTurn most likely works for deal dash. If not then why would somebody with such a great experience with them be on a site like this...

DealDash is still a fair and honest penny-auction site. Recently, however, they experienced some growing pains. With a few months, they went from something like 250, 000 customers to 1 million. Do you think that would NOT cause backlog? Since most of these complaints were filed, DealDash hired 35 new customer service reps and they have been working round the clock to catch up. Customers who file more and more complaints every day, like this one did, only make matters worse. If 20, 000 customers each send in one request for help, then customer service reps would have to respond to 20, 000 messages. If each of those 20, 000 customers send in five requests for help, however, like this one did, then DealDash customer service reps would then have 100, 000 messages instead. So impatient customers only make matters worse. Nearly everybody in today's high-tech society are used to fast, instant service. We are in the "now generation, " who want everything to happen "right now." To give everyone a better chance to win, DealDash went from offering 300 auctions per day to offering more than 6, 000 auctions per day. Did this cause some computer glitches that required maintenance to interrupt during the bidding? You betcha! Did this also cause some delays in shipping. You betcha! Since DealDash is headquartered in New York City, I am sure Super Storm Sandy made matters even worse. This is NOT, however, typical of the kind of service DealDash always offered in the past and I am sure will offer again in the near future. This was simply a short period of time when the company went through an unpredictable rapid increase in the number of customers they had to serve and they simply were not prepared for it. Because I have some history with DealDash and always experienced excellent customer service, I knew this was not typical -- just a temporary situation, and most of the complaints DealDash received came from brand new customers who lost patience and went into a panic mode. Since hiring and training in new employees to handle the extra workload, DealDash is nearly caught up now. In other words, most of these complaints were a waste of time and totally unnecessary. DealDash will respond to everyone and will make good on any legitimate complaint. Only one request per customer would help speed things up. To send more than that is similar to being a bully who cuts in front of the water fountain line when you should wait your turn. How many emails could YOU answer in one day? Holy cow, people, practice some patience and give the customer service reps a chance to catch up. They are working 'round the clock and you will probably all hear from them shortly. Sending more and more message every day just makes matters worse because that creates an even bigger workload. My mother used to say, "If you open your heart to a little understanding and patience, it will come back to YOU 10 fold when YOU need it the most." We do tend to be rather self-centered to only think of ourselves and not the other 10, 000 customers who might have waited even longer than us to get help. DealDash still puts customers first, and they will get back to you and will fix anything that needs fixing. Screen Name: SorryMyTurn

DealDash No Delivery.. No Response from Company

I'm not having good feelings about this site. Although the concept is good, it doesn't do any good if you win a bid, pay for the item, and then not receive it or receive any answers back to inquiries to their site regarding it. I won my first auction on 11-8-12 (it's now 11-28-12). My dashboard originally stated under "Won Auctions" that the item shipped and I'd receive my item no later than 11-22-12. Obviously this date has come and gone. There is a support link to file inquiries if you do not receive your item by this date. I've done this two separate times... with absolutely NO response from them. Now, when I look at the site, it says "Preparing Shipment", although previously I received an email stating it had shipped. What the heck? I have eight other items in addition to 2 or 3 items that were "Buy it Now" that are supposed to be here the first part of December. Crossing my fingers that they arrive. All I can say is be hesitant... their customer service sucks. I have no way of finding out when or how the shipment was made.

DealDash I have had a TON of trouble with this site

I have had a TON of trouble with this site. First, I was getting booted out of auctions, losing the bids that I had purchased. They gave me a whole 200 bids back. They did not count how many bids I had used, or the TIME I wasted trying to win my items. Second, I sent 8 emails to be contacted about the loss of bids (before they sent the 200) and I waited over a week before I filed a complaint with paypal. Then all of a sudden, someone emailed me back with the 200 bids offer. But, when I responded that wasn't enough for what I used, hmmmm... no email back! To top off all that, the gift cards I won and also paid for (the buy it now option) I have not recieved! I have sent emails again, being ignored. I have EIGHT gift cards that I am waiting for and not a one has came. Good thing I didn't plan to use those solely for Christmas and had a plan B. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

DealDash This better not be a scam

I'm still waiting for 13 out of 14 items to be delivered (number 14 has an expected delivery date to me of December 6). Some of the items were supposed to be received by me no later than November 19, 2012. The rest by November 24, 2012. Today is November 26, 2012 and I have received nothing. My items are a combination of auctions won and "buy it now" items. They are all giftcards. I was planning on using them to do my black friday and cyber monday christmas shopping. I was not able to do any christmas shopping as planned. I have made several attempts to contact deal dash through the customer service email link provided on their website. I never heard back about any of my inquiries. I find it very strange and shady that there is no customer service telephone number available on their website. I also "liked" their facebook page, and had posted a comment asking why the dealdash website keeps crashing, and instead of replying to my question they deleted my comment and blocked any capability of me posting comments, liking comments and emailing them on their facebook page. I've notice quite often that people have posted comments on their facebook page i.e. the site crashed, I never received my items I paid for, etc. And whaddya know, within five minutes the person's comment is deleted! In one word: UNACCEPTABLE. This better not be a scam! I still want all of my items. Thank GOD I used paypal for all of my purchases and unfortunately had to submit each item that I paid for and have not received through their Resolution center. I sure hope that lights a fire under the customer service butts at deal dash, and I hope they overnight me everything I have paid for asap!

DealDash Rip Off

BEWARE of this website. I'm normally not this ignorant! I wasted both money (a couple hundred dollars) and tons of time, trying to win items on this site. It's been reported that they use "bots" to up the bidding or keep the bidding going. I believe this after using the site. You will spend far more than you would if you just purchased the item you want on sale, at a reputable site. Please do not waste your time and money here! If you ever try to post a complaint on their facebook page, it magically disappears within minutes. That speaks volumns to me. I wish I would have researched the site before I freely handed them my hard earned money. :(

DealDash Not worth your time and money

I've since looked around at reviews. What I noticed is that for the most part the negative reviews give a specific example or specific experience for the negative review. The negative reviews are real, everyday people's experience with Deal Dash. On the other hand, the positive reviews are not specific experiences, but general statements. When you hear others accuse positive reviewers of being paid reps for Deal Dash, I think that's why. I don't know whether or not that is true, but I can tell you that my experience is real and has been echoed by others.

Trust the negative reviews. Trust me.

I purchased coffee, but the coffee I received was 6 months past the "best by" date - customer service never responded to my 2 inquiries. I purchased a BK gift card but it never arrived - customer service never responded to my inquiries. I purchased name-brand batteries. They did not arrive in a retail package but instead arrived loose in a box. I suspected they were used, recharged or recycled. Customer service never responded to my inquiries. One afternoon, the site blew up, & I was one of countless people inquiring on FB. Yet bidding went on, deals were sealed, and I lost countless bids. Customer service never made this right and complaints & questions on FB were deleted.

So, to summarize: The products are poor/bad, if they even arrive. Customer service is nonexistent. The website crashes & your bids disappear. Their FB page is edited/moderated so that only positive experiences are reported.

My experiences are consistently negative and these experiences are reported by others as well. I am certain there are deals to be had here, but unfortunately their products, customer service, website, & shipping leave a lot to be desired. I can't recommend this site, and I never intend to use it - ever, never, again.

They say that there's one born every minute - and I was one for a minute, lured in by reports of deals too good to be true. Those deals may be true but they are the exception, not the rule.

So, don't let the next one be you. Save your money, save your time, and search out the deals you really want from reputable sellers. You'll save yourself tons of trouble.

Deal Dash?
Not. Worth. Your. Time. or Money.

I can give you a big bunch of good reviews on many auctions that I have won because I did not jump in without knowing what I was getting into! Not an easy win, but also not a hard win if you would have learned what you were doing before you jumped into it uneducated!

DealDash I am one of the many idiots who got suckered into signing up for this site

I am one of the many idiots who got suckered into signing up for this site. Fact.

From approximately 11:30pm to 7:00am, I monitored the deals on the site, continued to bid on a DS3 and still left the site with $63 dollars of negative income, and no DS3. (Mommy is so sorry I failed you, bud!)... Fact.

DealDash claims they are positive you will win something on this site. Fiction.

To be honest with you, this site is for people who have a LOT of time on their hands and a LOT of cash to spare. I do not recommend signing up for this unless you are both of the above. The deals are sweet, definitely; but think of all the time and effort (and yes! MONEY) it takes to "save" money on a deal (which really isn't a deal, because when you think about it: the cheapest thing they have on the site is a 10 dollar gift card...the minimum amount of bids you can buy is $34...getting the picture now?

Also, even if you buy $34 dollars worth of bids, the chances of you winning a nice TV (like those they post of Facebook with the nice old lady who genuinely seems happy) well - it's slim and none... That old lady probably spent her entire retirement money on this thing. The bidding is addicting, but it burns a hole in your pocket faster than you can say "DealDash".

I'm sure they make a ton of money on this site. Honestly, I wish I thought of it first. Bravo!

In conclusion - save your money. If you like the thrill of the hunt of a great bargain, do what the rest of the people do and go shopping on Black Friday. There's no fee for that!

Me? I'm going to hang my head in shame...

You should have researched and learned how it works before you jumped in it blind, that is why you are the one with sourness in your mouth! It definitely works if you just learn how it works!

DealDash It is now 5 hours later after I bought 900 bids through Paypal and still a no show on my bid count

For the second time in a week, my bought bids are not reflected on a timely basis. It is now 5 hours later after I bought 900 bids through Paypal, their "preferred" vendor, and still a no show on my bid count. I have subsequently lost 104 bids on an auction item that I wanted to continue bidding on, but could not. It has ended. The initial email response from support was to apologize as they have been so inundated by increased auctions and business, but it does not help my bottom line!

File a dispute with paypal and escalate it onto paypal. I talked to paypal this morning and they are going to look into how many disputes they have against deal dash. Hopefully paypal will not do business with deal dash any longer after they see how many disputes there are. I have 20 disputes, a friend has 100, another lady I know of has 4. Lots of disputes thru paypal. I hope this helps you.

DealDash The site keeps freezing up and I lost 2 auction items when it froze

The site keeps freezing up and I lost 2 auction items when it froze and I couldn't bid and then all of the sudden there was a winner. Also, you are not suppose to be able to bid once it hits $5.00 unless you have already been a bidder. This is not true. I had several new bidders show up after the $5.00 cutoff that had never bid before. I also lost 200 bids after the same name kept showing up on the bid regardless of who was bidding and I was afraid to continue. I tried to contact customer server and was sent a form letter back. This website is a big ripoff.

DealDash They're $72 dollars richer today and I'm a sucker for falling for it

Joined today, placed 2 items on auto-bid just before they hit the 5 dollar mark. And what do you know? BOTH items used up all my bids with 5-6 people over-bidding me for hours and as soon as I was out of bids/money, the auction ended. I find it extremely hard to believe that within 30 seconds of me stopping bidding, that the other 4 people competing with me stopped too resulting in the remaining person winning.

If you study this site it becomes painfully obvious that it is a scam. Unfortunately, I fell for it. STAY AWAY from it, don't fall prey to their Facebook posts, don't believe anything positive you read about this site because you will get sucked in and lose your money as well. They lure you in and then take your money. They're $72 dollars richer today and I'm a sucker for falling for it.

Epic Scam!

DealDash won items never got them

I won 5 items in the first week of November dealdash sent me delivery dates and bogas tracking numbers. Items were to arrive Nov 19th never got them. Then I contacted them by email they said two or three of the items are now un available and that have not sent any of my items out. They have internal tracking numbers but there not real numbers to any shipping carrier. Still have heard nothing from them. I guess my next step is to call my credit card company...

I have a similar issue with them. I've won 9 auctions. Was supposed to receive my first one before November 22 and have received nothing. I've sent two different emails to the support site and have heard absolutely nothing.

DealDash You can lose money very quickly

I never enjoyed gambling. I don't play the slot machines or go to the dog races. This site is excitement for those who do gamble. You can lose money very quickly. BidBuddy is not there to help you, it is there to facilitate more bidding. The only one who gets a good deal is the seller. They collect on all those fruitless bids and end up earning far more than the item is worth. If you want to gamble, have a set amount and be willing to walk away. If you do win something, factor in all the unproductive bids. Also, if you lose the auction and buy the item you do not get your money back. You get your bids back if you buy the item. Quite a few items have the price ramped up to include the purchase of additional bids.

It's true. I learned the hard way. Firstly, they do bump up the values of the items, I usually google the items to check prices first. ***The WORST issue is that you can spend hundreds of dollars bidding on an item, finally have the bidding down between you and one other bidder and then all these other people will come back into the auction and begin bidding again after you have used up all of your bids/money. I would say, on average, at least 40 people will enter each auction. Most will just enter a bid or two then wait until it's down to two people then jump back in. This should not be allowed but Dealdash allows it because that is how they make so much money. They also have these "free" auctions where it only costs bids, you don't have to pay for the item. Only these auctions end up costing more then the regular auctions because it draws more attention and bids and more people jumping in and out. You may win one or two auctions but in the end you will lose big time!

I kept seeing the commercial on TV and decided to look it up. The people doing the commercial are just plain goofy! I knew I'd find lots of negative complaints and I now have. They will keep flashing the stupid commercial and scamming people until people report over and over again to the BBB. Get these people offline!

DealDash In-depth Review

Overview: DealDash, established in 2009, is an online bidding platform where a broad range of products are up for auction. The site offers an exciting and unique shopping experience, allowing participants to bid on items for the chance to buy them at drastically reduced prices.

Website Design and User Experience: The website sports a clean and intuitive design allowing for easy navigation. Categories are clearly defined, and users can quickly view items up for bidding. The user experience is overall pleasant, with the website functioning smoothly without noticeable slowdowns or bugs.

Range of Products/Services: DealDash offers an impressive range of products categorized into major sections like Electronics, Home Decor, Fashion, and more. This scope enables users to find most of what they might be looking for, all in a single platform.

Pricing: To start bidding, users need to buy bids in packages, with each bid increasing the price of the item by $0.01. The initial cost per bid is higher compared to some other bidding sites, however, DealDash often offers discounts on bid packs.

Bidding Process and Rules: The bidding process on DealDash is straightforward, but it does require strategic planning. One unique feature is the "No Jumper" policy, preventing new bidders from joining after the price has reached $5.00. This reduces competition and increases chances to win.

Shipping and Delivery: A major advantage is its free shipping policy. The platform ships items nationwide, though delivery times may vary based on the product and location.

Customer Support:: DealDash’s customer support has a favorable reputation. Their service is described as responsive and helpful. They can be reached via email, and users report relatively quick response times.

Return and Refund Policies: DealDash offers a full money-back guarantee for customers unsatisfied with their first bid pack purchase, justifying their claim of a risk-free trial. They also have a clear return policy for items which are damaged or not as advertised.

Reliability and Trustworthiness: With over a decade in operation and millions of customers, DealDash has proven to be a reliable and trustworthy platform. They've gained the trust of users by delivering on their promises and ensuring auction winners receive their items.

Mobile App Experience: Available on both iOS and Android, the DealDash app offers the same thrilling experience on the go. The app design is clean and user-friendly, providing the same services as the full site.

Social Responsibility: Though no prominent social responsibility initiatives are highlighted on the website, the company is known to have participated in local community initiatives.

Final Verdict and Recommendation: DealDash offers an exciting and potentially rewarding shopping experience. As with all auction sites, there's some degree of risk, and you're not guaranteed to win. But with strategic planning, patience, and a little bit of luck, you could score some incredible deals. Whether you're there for the thrill of bidding or hunting for a bargain, DealDash is worth trying.
