Applied for free trial for S&H of 1.95 to be charged to my card and I have 14 days to return product and cancel. If I do not cancel in that 14 days my account will be charged 58.76.. I have not even received product and they have charged me and I called to cancel and they said they could not... I cant get an address or phone number to the headquarters.. got different ones not sure what is going on but it seems like a true scam to me ... Something should be done to keep these people from offering such promos...

I'm so glad you posted this. I was going to try the deal, but now will NOT, based on your review.

One good way to avoid this is to get one of those "one-time-use" Charge Card Numbers, from some payment agency such as Paypal, or such, so you won't have to give out your real card number.

If they try to charge that temp card a second time, it will not allow it.

I'm not too familiar with all the particulars involving it, if there's a fee for usage, but it could be worth it, based on your experiences with a company like this.

I am going to be charged that 58 something as well! It said that you have to RETURN the pen before the trial ends!!! I thought I could just cancel it like I did to Dentech Whitening (they're much nicer!!!) Don't know what to do? Help please!!!

call your charge card company and dispute it NOW, before it shows.

let them know of a possible pending charge and maybe they can block it before it happens, or you can always cancel your card you ordered it under, and then the charge will not be able to go through.

my bank already issues 3 new cards to me in the last 2 years, you just have to wait 5 to 10 business days for the new one to come in... so have some cash on-hand to purchase things you'd use the card for, locally.

I ordered the Free Trial. I did see it could work in time and the handling charge willing to pay. Yesterday I received in the mail 3 cartridges I DID NOT ORDER-I
saw nothing in previous material that I would be sent or charges for more.
I DID NOT ASK FOR MORE and do not need. I do not have a full set of teeth- I am 88 yrs old. I do not have any picture. I am TRYING DazzleWhite telling them

When I saw what the charge was (12.97 instead of 1.99 for the free product and the charge for shipping) I cancelled right away and was given a cancellation number. I called my charge card and was told they also charged 67.00 plus the 13.00. The only way to stop it is cancell my card. I just called back long distance and have been on hold so long I hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SZ

Yes this is a BIG BAD mistake many are making and I wonder how long before someone closes these unscrupulous company's down. I think of myself as being pretty savvy on the internet and I read the Ad Closely, but still got SUCKERED!
When Have you ever heard of a fee sample that had to be returned???? or you will be charged FULL Price.

I have noticed that all of these complaint bolgs have a response from Dazzlewhite, even these statements are deceptive, no where that I saw said they were going to charge you anything but shipping before trial period.
Nor did I see anything about having to pay for a Pen, that notice seemed to only appear on the Email Invoice.
I also distinctly remember UN-checking the Boxes for the Extra Free Trials but sure enough they were included on my Invoice! along with Heaven Knows what else.
This company not only misleads with their terms, but look closely at the Before and After photos on the AD,
NOT THE SAME TEETH, look at Gum Line and The Teeth, they could have done better to Photoshop.

I have no Idea if the Product works or not but why take a chance with these company's, white teeth Maybe? a TON of Headaches FOR SURE!
If you have gone for the FREE SAMPLE, CALL and Cancel Right Away, oh and Call all the Company's Involved, Call and Cancel your Credit Card, NOW before You Become another Victim!

We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

Most complaints are regarding consumer order of a free trial sample of the product.
In most cases, the free sample is never received and the consumer are charged $58.76 for monthly membership and monthly auto shipments which they did not realize they were signing up to.

Early in July, the Dazzle White pop-up kept appearing on my AOL @ work. One day while on my lunch, I ordered the FREE Trial with my HSBC Bank Credit Card. The screen flashed on & off after I put in my credit card information so I wasn't really sure if the order had gone through the internet. I received my TRIAL tube of dazzle White in early August. In mid August, HSBC Bank put my direct deposit account "On-Hold" for all transactions to my account. I had to call the bank to find out the problem since I knew their was available funds. They had put my account "On-Hold" due to a $1.95 charge on 7/29/09 from Dazzle-White, Idaho Falls, ID. I told them that I had received the product in the mail and that it was correct was a S/H charge only. In Late August, I received another padded envelope with 3-tubes of Dazzle-White that I had not ordered. I had been charged $58.71 by White Smile on 8/20, $3.24 by VH Access on 8/24, $7.14 by Health Member on 8/27, $58.09 by Pristine Health on 9/03 and another $3.24 charge by Elite Pack on 9/18/09. I had no idea who these other companies were. I found out that they are all linked together with Dazzle White. I called each number and demanded a credit and made sure that all erroneous membership charges were cancelled. My bank advised me to report my credit card lost so no other charges would appear and they would reissue a new card in 5-10 business days. I returned all 4-tubes USPS on 9/11, insured @ $116 with return receipt, totaling postal charges of $9.85. As of today, 9/28/09, it has not been delivered to Dazzle White, PO Box 10276, Des Moines, IA 50381. Apparently, it has been lost and can't report it to the postal service until 10/11/09 for my refund.

I just can't believe that Dazzle White & companies like WC Value can get away in the US with these business practices. WC Value came into the picture when I ordered something from Time Life. I am fighting both companies as I write. I am a recent unemployed citizen that pays high taxes in New York that has been badly SCAMMED. I will never order anything on line ever again. I have spent many days and numerous hours on the phone and writing letters correcting these bogus charges. The US postal service has not helped to make this situation easier either.

I will be sending this complaint to NYS Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo's office and to RipOff Report.com.

I saw the Dazzlewhite ad on facebook nad decided to try the free trial, why not, it's free, it shouldn't cost me anything, right? I input my details including my credit card number, there was some very small print on the charge page, which I admit I didn't read through (a very big mistake!) I was charged $14.90 for my free trial, and the following month I was charged a futher $58.71, I then tried to call them to cancel, I have tried about 30 times to call them, and have never been able to get through, I did chat online with on their 24/7 chat program, I told them I wanted to cancel, (I decided to write off the money that I had already paid) I received an email from them confirming my cancellation, this month there is another charge for $58.71 on my credit card statement! I contacted my credit card and asked them to cancel the payment but they said the only way to stop it was to contact the seller, so I cancelled my credit card! Also, I noticed there were a few other charges on my card, Healthmember $7.14 VH accsess 3.24, obviously these were included when I signed up for the free trial, I have no idea what these companys are, or what services they provide! I have never received any product or email from them!
The way this is set up is a pure and simple scam! The guys that own dazzlewhite are laughing all the way to the bank!
