Totally with you on this. Totally misleading! Instead of having to pay $4.95 for shipping of my free trial, I am now on the hook for another $79.95. Says to phone a number to cancel, which I did, but guess what I can't cancel that amount either, except after the free trial. Or if I ship the stuff back, which I will, and of course that will cost me also. They did offer without asking, which is surprising, a return authorization number, and a number to write on the package, and then I will get credited.
One positive about this, I will never again order a free trial without doing searches!
Isn't there someone out there who will take up this cause against these people? An Attorney somewhere? The worst part of this, unbeknown to the victim, Dazzle White passes your credit card around to all their buddies. Health Member...someone called VH have hit my card twice now as Dazzle white partners and although the charges are small...they are reoccurring charges. Clearly this is deception with the intent to defraud. Can’t someone help? Consumer Protection…anyone
You can return the product SmileBrite, but you have to follow the return policy. Call customer service right away at 877 604-2117 and they will explain how. Don't wait until it is too late to return product.

Dazzle smile and Clean Whites are scams. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Their free trials are anything but, and their terms of agreement are impossible to comply with. I cancelled my credit card in the hope I could get out of their slimy scam, but I think their charges may just rollover to the replacement card-we'll see. At this point I've sent dazzle smile back, however once they receive the product back there is a 7 -10 day processing period. Put another way, when you order the product your trial starts. Several days later the product arrives. Send it back . Maybe you will get it back on time, maybe they will claim it was late. Also be aware that the clinical trials cited on their website were not of their product, they examine an ingredient that has been shown to lighten teeth. Also note that their product is not FDA approved.
I called the customer service line- there are 3 different numbers, at least. The customer service representative was rude and uncanny to helping me resolve my order indifference. In fact, my bank called and spoke with the representatives who would not resolve the transaction.
Also, as soon as you order dazzle smile, it should be noted, THEY WILL NOT CONTACT THE SHIPPING LOCATION TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. I called the customer service of Dazzle Smile immediately after an order was placed, and they could do nothing to stop the shipment, and cancel my order. I have since agreed to wait for the product to come, and it has taken more than 6 days! If you don't return in 14 days (I will of course POST MARK my return), they will charge you a fee of near $80!!
Instead of taking a vacation with my family, I have to stay at home and wait for Dazzle Smile to come in the mail so that I can return it (hopefully) without being charged.
I'm all up for a class action law suit against this advertising company for being deceptive with their products. There was no meeting of the minds due to the small, fine print, in the Dazzle Smile terms and conditions that lists the charge!!
Contact me with class action suit information and I will ad it to my consumer compain form that I will submit to the State of Utah.
Count me in, same story as the rest of you. I will be contacting my state attorney generals office tomorrow a.m. It is a shame that tthere are companies out there that do this to people.

omg!!! i have been dealing with these guys for months now i send it back like they said and they are like we received it but cannot return your money because it has been more than 60days.
i asked them then to return the product if i had to pay for it anyways and they will not do that either.
what a scam i wish i saw this site sooner.
they do not even send a copy of term and agreement with product the only place you can see it is if u click on the small tab at the bottom of the screen to read it.
ON the first call to them I was asked what I was calling in on, (they have so many different aliases) I told him smile brite he said and I quote "that sounds familiar let me see" LOL, I was scared at that moment. I was told to return the trial unopened or they could not return it, how the hell is it a trial. On my second call into them I was told by a different person that I could return it if I had problems with the product I told the person it burnt the heck out of my gums, she said I could return it but I would still be charged the $92.37 because I was 2 days beyond the trial period (supposedly 10 days but I have seen 14 days as well) and by the way the trial period starts the day you place your order. Shipping info states it will be 14 plus days for your order to arrive. I received mine 6 days after I ordered it.

Hi guys, I just had a similar experience with the companies Dazzle smile and Clean Whites. Dazzle smile told me I could return the stuff and get a refund, I also found a disclaimer on their website that states this, but Clean whites was impossible to deal with. For Clean whites, I contacted BBB for Miami FL area and got a notice for a refund that same day. Only way to handle that one. Dazzle smile, I returned their shipment via UPS, paid a couple dollars to require a signature upon delivery, and now I'm waiting to see what happens. At this point, I'm within my rights to have my credit card company take my money back (called a "charge back") if they don't follow through. Still have the issue of the next shipment that was apparently sent the day before I called, and then they can credit my account for that. FYI, watch Dazzle smile selling your credit card number to other companies. If you've fallen for this like I have, cancel your card ASAP. They can still credit a cancelled card.
I would like to be apart of this law suit. I returned the product as they told me to over the phone. Got it back in on time and they STILL charged me. They said they're refund me, after admitting I should have never been charged, but it takes 5-10 days. I can't pay my rent or buy my daughter a birthday present now!

please count me in as well i canceled dazzle and clean whites and and anyone affiliated that had a working telephone number, and yet i still continued getting charges on my acct and everntually had to lock the account and close it about a month ago. i noticed a couple of days ago an unauthorized with drawl from diet partners who ive learned is affililiated with dazzlewhite. how they got this new acount number is completely unknown. i reported fraud and have not heard back from the bank yet. please keep me updated with this in northern kentucky emai is meganelizmegan@aol.com
I am very angry and upset at this company. I was given their information by a friend. The original advertisement said the only cost for the trial was $2.49 per shipment. I would then have 14 days to cancel. I called within that time to cancel. Subsequently my account was within 3 weeks for 4 charges. A near $80 charge preceeded by an approximate $9 charge. This occurred twice in less than 1 month. I called the toll free numbers listed on my account statements. The representative told me that their company (Virami in Florida) is not the company initiating the transaction. I was given another toll free number. I complained angrily. I was told that I was given the opportunity to cancel but I didn't cancel all subscriptions. However, I would receive a refund with 2 to 3 weeks. I waited and no refund. I called again twice as angry because the second charge hit my account. I was then told that I would receive a full refund and all I had to do was return everything I received. I did so, (I photographed the contents, included RMA on package, and sent it by USPS confirmation. Approximately 2 weeks later I received a single refund of nearly $80. I contacted my attorneys and forwarded information to them. I haven't heard anything as of yet. So, I am will to do what's necessary to punish the people responsible for this company.
