Was offered a trial tube of teeth whitener free, just pay the 1.95 shipping cost. Got product within a week. Approximately a week after receiving product, on 10-27-09 an unauthorized charge against my Visa was posted for 87.62 from "ultifreshwell" The phone # given was 866-948-5508 but was unable to get that # to work. Tried to look up website for adress - none given. Looked up product complaints against company online and found a different #:866-807-7356.On 10-30-09 another charge of 87.62 was declined from "improvehealth". Called #on 11-1-09 and was told I had "signed up" for a membership not only to Dazzle Smile, but to "World Fitness Club"at 866-407-3685. Was given complicated process to cancel and return product for refund to 22100 E 26th Ave, #100, Aurora, CO 80019. They told me to insure it, get a tracking # and put an order # on the package, which I did.I returned trial product through US Postal Service on 11-2-09 priority, signature conf, and insured for 100.00 There are dozens of complaints about this company for using the "Free Trial- Just Pay Shipping Cost" scam as a ruse for obtaining credit card info and providing it to other companies which include World Fitness Club, Weight Loss Resources and Identity Vault. I found out about these other companies when I specifically asked if any other companies had my credit card info (after being warned from online scammed customers). The customer service rep for Dazzle Smile said I may have "signed up" for these companies' products as well and gave me their phone "s. This is a nightmare and this "Trial Offer" needs to be stopped. do!

I had the same experience. The only difference is that in looking further into the other "companies" involved it truly appears that they are all one and the same. Look at their disclaimers.
They post the exact (and I mean EXACT) disclaimer. Even down to the same exact mistake in spelling.
They claim to not want to trouble the customer and their only goal is customer satisfaction. Who do they think they are kidding??? The problem is that these so-called "businesses" make things very difficult for all the many LEGITIMATE on-line businesses to operate.
They hide off shore and feel that they have every right to scam people who would probably be loyal customers if their product was any good and they really were who they pass themselves off to be.
