I too was hoodwinked. I signed up for this from an add on the charter homepage. In the article the add linked to, a "mom" said that she had whitened her teeth using only two FREE sample trial products and only paid the shipping charges (around $3 total). I then signed up for the two trials and subsequently ended up with over $300 charged to my card that i had NOT AUTHORIZED!!! See, the catch is, their terms say that if you don't want to be enrolled in their automated program, you have to cancel your account within 10 days. Since none of the "companies" who showed up on my account matched the names of the products I ordered, I called as many of the numbers provided beside the charges and out of all of them, I was only able to make contact once with anyone. And the charges kept coming - even from the one that I thought i had canceled. I eventually had to cancel my debit card and apparently, the bank verified my claims of fraudulent charges and because they've refunded the money to my account. Some of the names on my account were ultrafreshwell, healthclns, accesscleans, beutyclub. PLEASE read the fine print and follow their guidelines for cancellation or you will be devoured in a NIGHTMARE!!!
