I can't beleive I fell for this scam. I signed up for a 'free' trial, and was told there was a $1.95 shipping. Firstly, when the reciept came through, I was charged $11.95 (i am now told its for international shipping...but this was not specified on the original form to say that there would be an extra cost. Secondly, once the payment had been processed, it comes up with there will be an automatic renewal of the order, for a discounted $87 which will be automatically charged to my account! I have just spoken to someone on the live chat, who has told me that she has cancelled the subscription, but will still be charged the $87 if i do not return the item within 14 days (but even if it is after that i am still within a 30day money back guarantee period) Which is fine, until she tells me she cannot give me the address to return the item as live chat is not 'secure' and she would not email to me! My only option is to phone, and what with the time difference that makes it pretty tricky!
What a con! I cannot believe that they can get away with charging someone $87 for what they advertise as a 'free' trial?! Surely this is no legal?!

Customer service...what???? Are you blowing smoke up everyone's ars buddy? I called your c/s line about this friggen scam days ago... (Yes, I'm still fuming about how I was treated on the telephone). I asked to speak to a supervisor three times, when the curt little bimbo on the answering end, told me in a condescending tone "If you cannot tell me what your question is for the supervisor I will have to hang up".

THAT WAS THE POINT...I didn't want to speak to this 10 year old on the phone. I wanted someone in authority, not someone who clearly I could have been a grandmother to.

And the NERVE...she actually hung up on me. I was so SHOCKED, I actually sat and looked at the phone for 30 seconds.

I think the reality is this...EVERYONE gets scammed with this product EVERYONE!!! and if you want to speak to someone in authority, their calls are so screened...good luck with that. Supervisors won't take the calls and my educated guess is this...it is because they get so many complaints they may as well call themselves phone reps, cause that would be ALL they would be doing all day long 24/7.

BEWARE...if you want to pay $120.00 for a trial, go for it. It is not a $12.00 trial. Don't be fooled, their scam is fool proof, no way to get out of it. They take the money in two incriments and the legality of it is this, they run the two transactions through two different companies. You don't know it has even happened until it is too late to fix. First $12.00 goes through your c.card and three weeks later (when the 14 days are up), when your not even aware that they are gonna ding you for another $100.00. Gone and too late.

Don't do it...If I had of known I was trying something for $120.00 I would have paid another $150.00 and gotten my teeth professionally bleached.
