This company charged my credit card 4 times without my authority and for products I didn't order from them. I ordered a trial trial product which they stately in their website that it was $4.50 plus p&h, total $14. I received this trial product but found out they charged my card for additional items I didn't order which they claimed I had received but I hadn't. How could one receive products they didn't order?

Anyway, I contacted them via their website chat. Here's the detai fothe chat:

This company charged my credit card more then 10 times without my authority and for products I didn't order from them. I ordered a free trial product which they stately in their website that it was £14.99 p&h.I received this trial product but found out they charged my card for additional items I didn't order which they claimed I had received but I hadn't. How could one receive products they didn't order? AND THEY STILL CHARGING MY ACCOUNT

I just had pretty much the same conversation as you. They don't take care of anything and they continue to repeat themselves. Every message is so impersonal, they sent the exact same appology to another person that had a complaint..They are frauds and they should be ashamed! There taking advantage of hard working, honest people!! Good luck getting your money back!!
