Deadbeat dad owes over $40,000.00 in back child support. Refuses to pay child support, or taxes. Has a wife that enables him by putting everything in her name, and using alias such as, but not limited too:
Jacqueline G Sierra, Jacqueline G Diaz, Jacqueline G Majano.

Having fled the Beltsville, Maryland area to avoid paying child support, and so Jacqueline could defraud the welfare system, relocated to Garland Texas to be near his deadbeat mother, Sophia Martinez, and child abandoning deadbeat sister, Annette Martinez.
