Try to get through to Timepieces International, makers of supposed fine watches. After being put on hold, if you wait more that 14 minutes, customer service call center drops your call. It has happened more that 3 times today. You just can't get through. Their watches have really gone down hill > This is the third watch I am trying to get fixed. What can one do? Wait on hold to get your call dropped again!
Don't do business with them. They stink!

People who were fooled by these cheap watches and the shady businesses that sell them should have known better. Who is dumb enough to believe that you can buy a $500 watch for $99? Probably the same people who fall for those “rare” collector coin ads. Anyone selling fancy looking watches for low prices is selling $5 junk from china, basically flea market trash at inflated prices to fleece stupid people.
I purchased the Laser Blue watch, supposedly a 700.00 watch for the sale price of 99.00. The gold on the band was reportedly bonded to the metal so it would NOT come off. Bull! The 3rd week I had it the gold began to rub off to where several links had n o gold color on them. After calling customer service and hearing that I must have had a "Bad" band, they sent me a return label.
I have since seen this watch advertised on numerous sites from 99 to 199.00. Also funny when they sell out of the UK.
I have seen 3 times as many bad reviews then good ones on their products.
A valid article would have listed the phone number he was calling.

I've just purchased my fourth or fifth product from them and was looking for somewhere to leave a positive review when I found your post.
It would seem I've had a very different experience to yourself! I've been extremely happy with each product I have bought, have had no trouble getting through to the sales line or customer services line and would recommend them.
I guess everyone has their days, but thought I should share my experience :)
