I purchased some clothing from Dancewear365.com and paid with Paypal for my order. Delivery option I selected suggested that I will get my order in 10 business days but one month since purchase I still haven’t received anything. THis company is a complete scam and they should be closed down by authorities. DOn’t even think about purchasing anything from them.
Ordered Freed shoes for wife's birthday, didn't arrive, they then said they couldn't get them after taking payment yet I ordered a pair directly from Freed that was delivered in two days. However never received the refund of £72 they promised would be in my account (Dec2016). List of e-mails sent but no reply and yes, telephone number is never answered! Something really should be done about this company!
I Should have know : if the offer is to good to be true, it is to good to be true. I ordered a ballet barre almost to months ago. After ordening there is a mail with contactnumbers, but they all do not work. The international nummer is not in use, the normal telefonenumber is permanently busy. And I do not get any reaction on e-mails. This company is pure internetfraude. I don't know where to put my complaint, I am from Holland.
Placed an order with this company on November 28, 2016. Received a confirmation and an order number. Over a month later, still haven't received my order. No answer to numerous emails. Telephone and fax lines routinely busy. Have now taken the matter up with PayPal, which I used for payment option. I would never use this company again.
I placed an order with this company way before Christmas beleiving they would have plenty of time to be with me in time to be given as a gift. No such luck. Several emails and promises of delivery from the company later, i still haven't received everything i ordered. Absolutely terrible company - don't buy from them!
I purchased shoes from them and never received them, that was in February! Was contacted once about perhaps getting a different shoe and that was it. Nothing. I am so mad at this company.
Hi well ive also just been 'had' by this company ...ordered a leotard on the internet ...and pid for it on june 17th ...and it has never arrived .left numerous msgs on their answer fone ...and not had a reply ..luckily i paid with pay pal so have put a complaint in to them ..ill post an update when i get an answer

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETELY SCAM! Do not order from this company!
I ordered a bag for a Christmas present in November and chased and chased with no luck, no reply! Their phone lines are always engaged and they never reply to emails!
The only saving grace is I paid by PayPal so in the end ask them to help and even though they also got he reply from the company they could recover the money and I final got a refund.
Please please don't order anything they need closing down!
