Dan Dyer was assigned by Alexander and Catalano to represent me on my social security claim after they fired or dismissed my attorney William Hathaway.
Mr. Dyer after repeated attempts to call and messages left on his phone never returned any of my calls.
Then he showed up the date of my hearing and did nothing other than state his name and mine to the Judge
when I received the hearing decision letter I again called mr. dyer, told him i did not understand what the notice was saying if he could please return my call, and again nothing from him.
today 9/2/10 I called the social security administration to find out that I've run out of time to file for a hearing and that I have to reapply.
Yet Mr. Dyer receives $ 2915.75 of my partially awarded funds when he did nothing and due to his negligance to call me I have ran out of time to fight the judges decisionagainst my disability and fight against this payment that he is getting for sitting pretty in a hearing room.
This attorney should be listed as a crook and should not be allowed anything to do with social security claims because he does not know what he is doing. And I should be able to collect every cent of this money. The only one that initially help me with my application was Mr. Hathaway not this person dyer.
