Dairy Queen - peanut buster parfait - made me very ill

On March 5, myself along with 3 others visited the dairy queen in Carlisle, Pa about 730pm to get ice cream. I and another person ordered peanut buster parfeits and the other two ordered blizzards. The young girl that made the peanut buster parfeit took ten minutes. I could only partially see what she was doing as a wall blocked alot of my view. When she handed me and the other person the parfeits, they didn't look right. We accepted the parfiets as there was a few people waiting to get their orders taken. The fudge on our parfeits were ice cold and had a burnt taste. We couldn't finish them because of the bad flavor. The one person in our party had ordered a turtle blizzard. She said it tasted like vanilla ice cream. After leaving, I became nauseated and am still feeling ill from the parfeit. I went in to see the owner or manager today as I passed the establishment on my way home and he was not there. I called when I got home. I explained to the owner G. Scott Ramsey that the fudge was ice cold and had a burnt taste. He said that was not true and as much as called me a liar. I explained to him that I did not call to get something free but to alert him to as to what happened so that when I come back in the future, I would get a quality product . Mr. Ramsey was extremely rude to me and said that's two complaints you have, anymore? Yes, I said. The music was very loud and extremely annoying and the place was filled with older people. He again accused me of lying and said the radio station by name. I said yes, that was the radio station but the music was not appropriate. Mr. Ramsey was not in the establishment at that time. He said that's three complaints now that you have in a very disrespectful manner. I said I have one more complaint and that is your attitude and that I will never come back to your establishment again. Mr. Ramsey represents your product. I can't believe you would allow him to speak to a customer the way he did when in fact I was alerting him to try to help him out.
